Home in need of TLC
This home was in need of many repairs. It has been neglected. The owner needs to visit the property to view these things. Perhaps the owner doesn’t visit the property and just sent a cleaning crew and is not aware of the issues. The air vent above the bedrooms on the second floor was so filthy and full of dust and dirt. The faucets in the kitchen are loose and when you turn on the water, the whole faucet jiggles and moves. There are missing Cabinet face and handle. . There is touchup paint all over the house that doesn’t match existing. There is a screen on the bedroom window that was just laying on top of the overhang of the patio. The patio was a mess. There were cushions on the ground, some of the chairs were broken. There was miscellaneous broken pieces of furniture and other items piled up in the corner. The carpet was filthy full of stains. Overall, the whole house needs a new coat of paint. Need to rip out the carpet and fix all of the items I’ve described. I am happy to provide photos.
