The Desert Retreat at Night Swim Lane is a stylish city refuge with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, WiFi, Netflix, coffee, 4 comfy beds, and a cozy reading and play corner for little ones.
The home was designed with brand new modern furnishings for the purpose of creating a comfortable relaxing stay for all types of travelers from families to professionals.
Centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood 13 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport.

Family trip

This is a spacious home, great for adults with lots of space to spread out and work undisturbed or gather together in common areas.. There were a couple of issues but the manager communicated clearly. We would stay here again.

Home in need of TLC

This home was in need of many repairs. It has been neglected. The owner needs to visit the property to view these things. Perhaps the owner doesn’t visit the property and just sent a cleaning crew and is not aware of the issues. The air vent above the bedrooms on the second floor was so filthy and full of dust and dirt. The faucets in the kitchen are loose and when you turn on the water, the whole faucet jiggles and moves. There are missing Cabinet face and handle. . There is touchup paint all over the house that doesn’t match existing. There is a screen on the bedroom window that was just laying on top of the overhang of the patio. The patio was a mess. There were cushions on the ground, some of the chairs were broken. There was miscellaneous broken pieces of furniture and other items piled up in the corner. The carpet was filthy full of stains. Overall, the whole house needs a new coat of paint. Need to rip out the carpet and fix all of the items I’ve described. I am happy to provide photos.

Nice House

Aloha! Me and my family came in from Hawaii had an amazing experience with the house, the house is definitely bigger in person, Host was amazing great Communication, Family friendly smart home which my kids Figured out all the smart things It could do, Highly recommended quiet neighborhood only took us about 12 to maybe 15 minutes to get to the strip casino right down the road, Mahalo

Better than expected

Sometimes pictures don't tell the story, but with this home, it was as advertised. Wonderful amenities and Vahe the property manager was super helpful. We will return and stay on our next Las Vegas project. JD

great location and floor plan

This was a great location for us as we were not there to do the typical Vegas Strip, although we did go to the Strip one day and traffic wasn't too bad. We enjoyed the floor plan, the functional kitchen, the large dining table and inhouse laundry. Communication with the owner was great. Check in and check out was very easy.
