Host was helpful. Amenities were lacking. No pots and pans to cook. Beds were very soft (saggy spots) and low to the ground as there were no box springs. The bunk beds mentioned are in the hallway next to the bedrooms. Its not an actual room. There is no privacy when using those bunkbeds so that guest was left to use the other rooms to change and store their belongings. Lots of junk and trash in front of the house and backyard. Firepit mentioned was on the floor and didn't seem operable. The grill also didn't look operable so we didn't even try it. Parking was good and the house was clean when we arrived. No AC in the master bedroom. Only a fan. It got pretty hot and we were staying during Oct when it's cooler. It's about 25-30 min. from south strip and it's pretty much all freeway. Ubers and lyfts ran about 25-60 depending on time of day for about 4-6 people.

Missed the mark

Overall our stay was fine. Prior to arriving to the property, we had not recieved check in instructions. Had to call after not getting a message back through the text option in VBRO app. Didnt seem as though the person on the line was aware that we were arriving. Pulling up to the property, I was a bit skeptical because there was a disabled motorbike in the driveway. Upon entering I was relieved that the unit was clean. Over all the amenities were as listed. We didnt use the kitchen other than putting a few item in the fridge. In the master suite the toilet closet and walkin closet had burned out lightbulbs. The front security door handle fell off during our stay, so I had to reconnect and hand tighten the screws, as I do not travel with a tool bag. So overall, it worked for us to be able to lay our heads at night, but as far as it feeling like a home away from home, it missed the mark.

3 Senior golfers

Property was fine and located in a convenient area for everything we had planned to do. We had a big change in weather which did affect our golfing: from 62* and rain the first two days to 100* the last day. Still enjoyed the house and the owner kept in contact if we had any questions.

Great House buuuttt...

When we got there we noticed the already overflowing trash cans right in front of the house and a Can Am that clearly isn't functional. Those were an eyesore. Once inside, we were very impressed. The house was clean, spacious and very nice. We didn't check in until later in the evening and that's when we realized that the house had no running water! I reached out to The owner who seemed really surprised by this. Seeing that it was so late there was really nothing that either of us could do. He offered to refund me if I wanted to leave but where would I go in the middle of the night with 10 people?! So of course we stayed. The next morning some of my party drove 30 minutes to my mom's house to shower as I tried to root around for the issue. I finally found the water meter out on the sidewalk and lo and behold, it had a shiny new lock on it from the water department!! How did the owner not know this? I spoke to the owner and he'd contacted the water department and they came and turned the water back on by early afternoon. While waiting for the pressure to build up I noticed that there was a leak in the sprinkler system outside which was apparently the reason for disconnection. The owner came and fixed that. However, on Sunday we woke up to no hot water and once again the owner had to come over. He did something with the water heater and all was well. Although it was a very good time with family, it was equally as frustrating.
