Host was responsive but that is where the positives end. Our bed was broken and when we told the owner they had someone come fix it but it was not really fixed I sat on the bed and fell thru to the floor with a sore back.The towels were all discolored and some had stains, there were no extra blankets anywhere in the house and since 2 people had to sleep on couches this was a big problem. The fridge in the kitchen does not have the water line on so you cannot get ice or water from the fridge. And be aware the smoke alarm was missing from its spot on the ceiling

Perfect for families on Vegas vacation

I have children ranging from 5-16 and wanted a place that we could stay comfortably and still be able to experience Las Vegas. This was the perfect location. You can see the strip from the back windows and it takes 10-15 minutes to get there depending on the traffic. If you want to explore beyond the strip then this is centrally located to every thing. The spy ninja’s headquarters is 5 minutes away so if you have children, that is super convenient. There are so many stores and restaurants near by which also adds to the location. The home is decorated beautifully and I like the area. It’s in the spring mountain area. If you’re traveling to Vegas as a family this home checks all the boxes. I felt safe in the neighborhood. There is a main road behind the home but that didn’t bother me at all. Although it is something to be aware of. The AC works amazing which is really important for those hot summer days!!! I literally took this photo from the backyard. Amazing view!

I'll start with the positives:-House was spacious enough for 5 people-Decor was nice-Beds in the three smaller rooms were comfortable-Convenient to park in the garage-Nice neighborhood and very close to groceries and restaurants-Communication with host was very good and he was accommodatingNow for the negatives:-Entire house needs a thorough cleaning (floors (don't walk around barefoot), blinds were yellow instead of white, trashcans were filthy without the liner especially the kitchen)-Need a new bed in the master bath - too soft with no support at all-No toilet paper holder in master bath (toilet paper was just placed on top of the toilet tank)-When arrived, no hand soap in two of the three bathrooms, no kleenex, laundry soap and only enough coffee pods for one morning for 5 people, but host did provide all these items after contacting him-Ice maker and water in refrigerator did not work so had to purchase own bag of ice which didn't stay frozen (had to keep breaking it up because it always melted in a big clump)-Rewashed glasses, dishes and utensils because not very clean-Air conditioning was very noisy, especially upstairs so hard to sleep-Yes there is a pool table but the table was not balanced so the cue ball would roll on its own (suggest getting rid of the pool table if in that condition and there's no room to hit the ball without hitting the walls)If these items get resolved, this house would be a very nice place to stay.

We were surprised by some of the concerns, as we checked in with you several times during your stay and were only made aware of the need for additional coffee pods, laundry detergent, and hand soap, which we were happy to provide right away. Had we known about the other issues during your stay, we would have addressed them immediately. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to review our cleaning and maintenance procedures to help ensure an even better experience for future guests.
