🌊 1910 Brighton – Spacious 3‑Bedroom Condo with Direct Ocean Views 🌅

Welcome to 1910 Brighton, a beautifully designed three‑bedroom, three‑bath oceanfront condo offering spectacular, direct Atlantic Ocean views and an exceptional layout. With plenty of space and thoughtful design, this residence is ideal for family vacations, girls’ getaways, or guys’ golf trips.

The spacious and stylish living room features a leather sofa, loveseat, and club chair 🛋️ and flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas. Most importantly, it opens directly onto the large oceanfront balcony, furnished with a table seating four and three rocking chairs—the perfect place to enjoy ocean breezes and sunrises 🌊.

The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the eat‑at bar. Just off the dining space, a second balcony overlooks the resort and provides a relaxing spot with a lounger and chair for taking in the scenery 🌴.

The open kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an impressive selection of cookware and bakeware, including an air fryer, crockpot, and two types of coffee makers—everything you need for effortless meal prep ☕🍳.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and building are beautiful. The unit looked like it was advertised. The unit needs a good cleaning. No “swiffer” to clean up floors throughout the week. When we arrived the floors were dirty. Our small children’s feet turned black. Kitchen lacks essentials for a large family to cook. The kitchen pans need replaced. Overall the views are beautiful and the unit is very accommodating for a large family size wise. The management is quick to respond to issues.

Nice condo needs a deep cleaning

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice. The views are beautiful and there are little balconies everywhere. Each bedroom is its own suite which is so nice offering lots of privacy for each bedroom. Great location and the black drum brewery next-door is very good. Management was nice and check-in was easy. However, the condo needs a true deep cleaning. Nothing was super clean, The cabinets were sticky, and the floors were disgusting. The ice machine was not working and although I texted them to tell them, maintenance never came to fix it. With a good thorough cleaning, this would have been a five star review.

The way the bedrooms are set up, it’s like having 3 master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony. The balcony off the living room has a fabulous ocean view. Kingston itself is fantastic. The new pool area is gorgeous, and the amenities are top notch. Can’t wait to return!
