Easter Break

Check in was very easy. The floor we stayed on was being renovated (painted and new flooring), so it made it a little challenging to get through the workers and all of their materials. We could hear the was noise in the hallway from the workers in our unit. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. a a huge issue, but would

Hi Julie, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the renovations at Margate Tower during your stay. Unfortunately, the timing of the construction is beyond our control. We are not provided with a detailed schedule from building maintenance regarding when specific work will take place. We truly hope that, despite the disruption, you and your family were still able to enjoy your stay.

Great Location / More Limited View Of Ocean Than Anticipated

Great location and nice building / overall property well kept. Had anticipated a full ocean front room based on pictures, but only a partial ocean view when sitting on the balcony. Was disappointed with the very limited supplies provided with the unit for this price. Have received many more supplies in the past. Unit itself is very nice size for a family visit, just wish the view was more of the ocean itself.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the view. Our property pages contain actual photos from within this exact condo so that we can provide guests with the most accurate visual description. We have found that most guests do appreciate the starter supplies and prefer to purchase their specific needs once they get settled, however we do understand that you may have had different expectations. We have updated our guests communication documents to clearly list the supplies provided. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us do better and it is good to know that your family still enjoyed their stay!
