Step into the open-concept great room where a towering stone fireplace and a full wall of windows frame breathtaking lake views. The main living area flows seamlessly into a beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar made for morning coffee or group dinners.

Downstairs, your first game room offers a pool table and easy walk-out access to the pool deck, while the second game room is a full-blown entertainment hub with foosball, arcade basketball, Smart TVs, and more. There’s even heating and cooling in the game room to keep you comfortable year-round.

Outside, it gets even better.
Multi-level decks wrap around the house with tons of space to lounge, grill, or just soak in the views. 🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- The pool is NOT heated and is routinely cleaned by a 3rd party 5 star company - we do not schedule
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
