This Lake Norman home is beautiful with tons of amenities. It’s tuck away on a quiet cul de sac with a marina across the way where you can watch the boats coming and going. The pool and spa are fantastic and the entire downstairs, inside and out, is just a fun time. The kitchens are very well stocked. The host was very responsive. It was in a great location with easy access to other towns around the lake. We really enjoyed our time at this lovely home.

The house was amazing, even better than the pictures! The kids loved the pool area and all the indoor entertainment. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor kitchen, and lots of fun hang out spots. Communication with the host was easy. We had a great time!

My family (3 teenagers and my husband) had a wonderful week here. It was July and the middle of a heat wave and we were in the lake or pool the entire time. The house had everything we needed (minus someToiletry items that we had to run out for). We rented a boat and a jetski and had a blast. The house is close to everything.. groceries, restaurants, etc and yet being on the lake makes you feel miles away. It was great. “Master” bedroom was a little warm compared with the rest of the house so we had to kick the fan up but like it said, it was 100 degrees outside. Communication was great although we really didn’t need anything. I would highly recommend.

Great Pool and Location

Nice house but it is the pool and yard that is the highlight of the property. Despite raining all week we were able to use the hot tub / pool / cabana a ton. They did a fantastic job with the outdoor setup. The house itself feels mostly new or renovated, and the bathrooms are all well done. I think they can upgrade the furnishings in parts of the house, and there isn’t a perfect single spot for a larger group to lounge around, but if you are there you are likely doing that at the pool. Hosts were communicative when needed and the house was very clean. For the location and the yard alone I would absolutely stay again.

Lovely house, great outdoor space and playroom. However one of the four bedrooms has no wall separating it from the living areas below, so any noise or light is not blocked out. Several windows in bedrooms have no shades to block light. Master shower was malfunctioning and could not be fixed during stay.

Hello Colin, I appreciate you and your family selecting my property for you stay. Also, my apologies for the malfunctioning shower. Unfortunately, I could not repair during your stay. I hope the three remaining showers minimized any inconvenience. Thank you for the constructive feedback regarding the additional blinds. I believe the video and pictures describes the bedroom without the door; however, I will review with additional focus. I hope you enjoyed your stay. P.S. I tried to accommodate the best I could, considering the change in reservation the night prior to your original arrival. Several gymnastics had to occur along with additional cleaning cost as a result of the last-minute reservation change over a holiday week. Thank you. Greg

Perfect House for 8 of us

We had an incredible stay during the week of July 4th. The house exceeded our expectations—even better than the photos—and the owners were a pleasure to work with. With three kitchens, a spacious back porch, a great pool, and multiple game rooms, the home is designed for comfort and entertainment. It’s very guest-friendly and easily accommodated our group. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, while the secondary bedrooms are upstairs. Two share a full bathroom, and a third has its own private bath. There are multiple bathrooms on every level, which was more than enough for our needs. The main-level kitchen (not pictured) is well-equipped and nicely finished. One of our favorite spots was the back porch—peaceful and relaxing, yet still lively with activity from the nearby marina moving boats throughout the day.All around, a fantastic property. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This is a great property. My family of 7 had a great time. It’s well maintained, has lots of amenities and the owner and house manager were super responsive. Worth clarifying, the room with the two queen beds (photo doesn’t do justice as the lens makes it look like twin beds), doesn’t have a door or closet. This area is open to the overhead loft and overlooks the living room. So, no real privacy and wouldn’t recommend light sleepers in this room. The other two queen bedrooms were just fine. The king/master was also great. One recommendation I would have is the master bathroom has a window that’s chest high and is open to the front and neighbors with no covering. While no big issue for me, my wife (and I would assume other women) had concerns. Taping a towel over the window fixes it temporarily but would recommend putting a blind or opaque film over it.

Eight best friends planned a trip to celebrate milestone birthdays and we chose this house. We could not be happier with our stay. The amenities were incredible. We loved the pool and outdoor space. We rented a pontoon for a few days and docked at the house. The bedrooms were comfortable. We left with relaxed minds and the best memories. The host is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend the house and this area!
