The entire house was designed so well and thoughtful touches everywhere! A lot of thought went into the guest’s comfort and stay. The beds were especially marvelous!

Overall the listing was exactly as described... Quaint house in a very fun neighborhood, close to several fun bars and reasturants.The only thing to be aware of if your a light sleeper is the street in front can be very busy/noisy. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both face the street and if your a light sleeper (as I am) it may possess some issues... If this is the case use the bedroom on the bottom floor and you won't hear a peep! I would stay here again!

Great place in awesome location!

This property is well taken care of and setup for inside or outside enjoyment. The Monon Trail is walkable from the home, as is Broad Ripple. A great home in an even better location!

Impeccable So-Bro Spot w room for 6

The house looks even better than it does online. Matt was a great host and had the place prepared perfectly. It is immaculately clean and well decorated the back porch and yard is amazing and hosted a lovely Easter brunch for us. We had a multiple generation family there with my two adult children, my in-laws and my wife. There was plenty of room for all of us. If you are attending any events at Butler University, this is a perfect location.

Exactly as described and just what we needed!

Family of 5 visiting our son at Butler. This house had everything we needed and then some! Fully stocked, clean, comfortable beds and great communication from host Matt. We choose this house for its great walkable location to local spots, proximity to Butler and amazing outdoor space. Sadly, the weather didn’t cooperate to allow us to use it…which just means we will have to happily return.

This is a wonderful cottage style house in the So-Bro area of Indianapolis. It is near the Broad Ripple for those who like to enjoy an evening of dinner and entertainment. We were there on a wedding dress shopping excursion and this was central to our appointments. This bungalow was clean and equipped as described except for the lack of a pull out couch in one bedroom although there was a double mattress off that bedroom that served the purpose although it was in the eve off the bedroom. The address was off a busy street and there was some street noise that could be heard in the house but it was not distracting. Our group lives the expression/latte machine in the kitchen and the outdoors area was a highlight for our late night conversations. We would absolutely return.
