We saw a mouse at this property, and there were mouse droppings in the pantry, on the oven/stove surface, and in one of the showers. When we saw the mouse, I called the property owner on a Friday night at 9:00PM, but there was no answer until 9:00AM the next morning. I also used the email and in-app messaging system, with no answer until morning. We had to throw away all of the food that had been in the pantry with the mouse. We chose to cancel our stay. Eventually, we were able to get a full refund, minus the cleaning fee, which was good. The location is good, and lots of space. The management was nice when we were eventually able to get through on a phone call. It just took a few days to resolve the issue, and wasn't super convenient to cancel our stay.
