Located seven miles south of downtown Moab and just 12 miles from Arches National Park, adventure and fun are never far. Head into town to grab a bite to eat and some provisions, then spend the day exploring the wondrous desert landscape, from the Colorado River to Dead Horse Point State Park. Other popular activities include horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, paragliding, and mountain biking.

Very clean with modern amenities. It’s right by the highway and we weren’t sure about road noise but it wasn’t an issue. Its there, but did not wake us during the night

Great place to stay

The place we stayed had everything we needed such as parking space, room to live, great location and scenic views. The highway traffic was a bit noisy but nothing that we could not live with.

Came to Moab to visit ARCHES NP. House was as pictured and we enjoyed it very much! There was some noise from the highway, so bring a sound machine to help.

Great place

Really great, modern, small house. Lots of room, we also had use of the garage and a grill. It's a bit outside of Moab, but worth the drive.

Great place for family or group of friends to stay at this unit. Spacious kitchen/dining and living area, the full size bunker bed is great for teenagers or younger kids. Nice home base for multi day staying at Moab.

Perfect!

We stayed here as part of our summer vacation the Utah’s National Parks. It was the perfect location to be far enough away for relaxation after a long day but close enough to reduce travel time to the parks. It was very clean and comfortable!

Super Moab stay!

This property was perfect for our family of four...two teens. It was very clean, in a small quiet neighborhood of similar properties that was easy to get to from the city of Moab. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay there again!

Great Place close to down town and Arches

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to downtown and Arches. If you stay - please follow the directions that are provided with the confirmation especially if you are arriving after sunset. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the use of the garage. I would recommend this house!!
