We had another real good week at this property. It was clean and ready to go for us. Parking was very secure; the property has a two car garage. There is plenty of space in the home; It does not feel cramped at all. We were there for a week of Grapefruit league games. The property is located at an ideal spot to get to the ball field and the beach and tons of restaurants. We have used this property for the past two years; it seems to be in a very safe residential area of Clearwater.

The Big House

5 of us spent a week at this property and had an excellent time. The home is very spacious, it was very clean when we arrived, and contained everything we needed to support us for the week. The home is centrally located in Clearwater very close to lots of restaurants. If you are visiting to watch the Phillies the stadium was a 5 min drive away. Clearwater Beach (without traffic) is at most 15 mins away but there usually is lots of traffic at the usual times. We were all happy with this home and probably will rent again.

Family Spring Break

Communication with the owner was easy. The house was very spacious, very comfortable and clean! We were provided plenty of towels (and beach towels - thank you). There was ample supplies provided that we didn't need to buy anything except napkins (coffee/hot chocolate, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). The boys enjoyed the pool table. I liked that we were able to park in the garage. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again, thank you!!

Property listing was incorrect, said 4bd but it was only 3, it is spacious but did have spider webs and spiders in corners and bathrooms. Pool table room was a plus but room has some water damage from rain around back door. Kitchen has soft spots on floor. Property manager responds quickly and corrected online posting when # of rooms brought to attention. One tv and remotes didn’t work but we only needed it for 1 night. Located on a very busy road. Bunk beds were very creaky but it does have lots of beds/space.

While an oven wasn't listed as amenity (my overlook), with a home this size and guest size, it something that should be looked at. A coffee maker was listed, but it was single cup Keurig. Not conducive to a many quest count home. Maybe update that on listing. Also, with quest count, there was not enough dinnerware, utensils, home cooking necessities. Missing garbage can in master bath and 1/2 bath. No towel rack, towels in half bath.

The house was not properly cleaned prior to our stay. The amenity of the pool table wasin very poor condition, the room was not adequate to play properly and the table was not level at all. The outside is not maintained and unusable to the guests. The house is beautiful and looks to be in the middle of renovations. Check in and out was a breeze. The property is located on the corner of very busy streets and is very loud with the traffic and Emergency Vehicles.
