Country retreat located on a quail farm located just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Waxahachie & 25 minutes from the Texas Motorplex. Quail hunts are offered on location during hunting season. There are 6 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms located on the property. Kitchen, washer, dryer & game room are shared with other guests. Perfect for couples or families.

Clean room and comfy bed

It was definitely clean and a very comfortable bed, however there was no TV in the room itself. The kitchen/game room with TVs were in the next room over. A chair to sit in and a TV would have been nice. It was on a farm/ranch and the dogs in the dog kennel barked quite a lot. A TV could have drowned them out a bit. But overall, since we were only sleeping there, it fit our needs.
