Just steps away from everything that downtown Providence has to offer is our beautifully furnished upscale apartment with a view of the city & courtyard. This space offers a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, high speed internet, 55" smart TV w/Disney+ & Netflix. The building has a fitness center, heated lap pool, BBQ & picnic area, a concierge, resident lounge & covered parking. No car needed, we are just a short walk to all shops, restaurants, the mall & amazing Waterfire!
The space
One of the most desirable views in the building overlooking the courtyard and the city! We have all new furnishings, hard-surface plank flooring, a full bath with laundry in-unit and a fully equipped kitchen for that hometown meal! Plus, all towels and linens are provided.

** Special note: For the health and safety of all our guests, we thoroughly clean and sanitize ALL surfaces including but not limited to handles, doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit, the gym, the pool and all common areas in the building.
Other things to note
We welcome long term stays! We offer a 10% discount for a minimum 7 day stay and a 15% discount for a minimum 30 day stay!

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY - Must be respectful of full time residents. NO EVENTS, ADDITIONAL GUESTS, no loud noise, no late-night disturbances.
Rules 1) No more than 4 people allowed in the unit at any given time. 2) No more than 1 vehicle permitted in the garage at any given time.
3) Strict noise curfew after 9pm each evening. No partying and no loud noise 4) Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or building.

Excellent location!

Condo was perfect. Right next to Sydney coffee which was delicious and close to our favorite restaurant, Palo. Condo was very clean and parking was so convenient. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This property is gorgeous. Everything inside of the unit is comfortable and clean. The courtyard is a great place to relax in the evening. We enjoyed the firepit.The city around the building was very clean. The area buildings are pretty as well. The concierge staff was very professional. If you are looking for a beautiful, city look, with the quietness of a country atmosphere, this is the place for you.The host, you could not ask for a better host to work with. They are so thorough. They provide lots of info. Don't worry, if you have additional questions, they will answer them, promptly.
