Enjoy an open layout, modern kitchen, an island that doubles as dining, spacious bedroom, & a spa-like bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, & a double vanity. Bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, this inviting space is ideal for short or extended stays.

KITCHEN:
As you enter the apartment step into a bright and thoughtfully designed open concept kitchen. It's fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A separate coffee bar features a coffee maker and basic coffee essentials. There is ample cabinet space, and beautiful smooth countertops that add a touch of luxury. The large island offers the perfect spot for prepping food or dining.
BATHROOM:
To the right of the kitchen is a spacious spa-like bathroom designed for comfort and style. A large soaking tub is at its heart—a separate walk-in shower with sleek glass doors and modern tile. The double vanity features two sinks, with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay.
BEDROOM:
Step through the stunning historic double rounded doors that warmly welcome you into the spacious bedroom—leave them open for a seamless flow or close them to enjoy a private, cozy retreat. Sink into a cozy queen size bed while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, bordering a beautiful view of Broadway. There is also a bureau, a closet, a full- length mirror, and a sofa to make your stay more comfortable. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

The Neighborhood:

Just a short walk from Julian's, known for its brunch, fresh pastries at Seven Stars Bakery, coffee at the famous Nitro Bar, or a meal at Nicks on Broadway. and don’t forget about The Patio on Broadway. Walk to Luongo Square and enjoy a speakeasy night at The Avery, Ramen at Pickerel, or a sweet treat at Tricycle Ice Cream. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
There are 3 steps to get into the building, with an additional set of stairs to get to the second floor.

This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, there is one parking spot in the driveway provided per guest.
