VERY CLEAN/NEWLY UPDATED cozy 2bedroom/2bath comfortably sleeps 6 with brand NEW memory foam QUEEN sleeper sofa, one KING size bed, and one QUEEN size bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom in each bedroom and we are on a quiet street. Perfect for a family of 4 or 6 adults looking to get away.

There is a large living space, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, and a COMPLIMENTARY golf cart.

The property is located within Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Ocean Lakes Family Campground has 310 acres of oceanfront land, filled with fantastic amenities, special events, and fun! You could spend every day of your vacation and never leave Ocean Lakes! Some activities include: water park, 18-hole mini golf course, bike rentals, playgrounds, fishing, horseshoes, basketball courts, skateboarding, ping pong, shuffleboard, and corn hole! Ocean Lakes also has it's own private beach that is a short walk or golf cart ride from our property.

Empty the refrigerator completely. Put all wet towels in the bathtub. Clean and put away all dishes. Check under the beds and in all draws and closets to ensure you have all your belongings.
Clean off the golf cart. Leave the keys to the golf cart in the house on key rack.
Ensure the outside hose and shower are shut off

Parking fee is separate and paid by you to Ocean Lakes. The accommodation agreement must be signed at the time of booking. No Smoking, No pets.
You must be 21, have a valid driver's license to operate the Golf Cart and NO driving Midnight to 5 am or you will be evicted from the property.
Absolutely NO visitors who are not listed on the accommodation agreement without prior permission, no taking the Golf Cart off Ocean Lakes property.

House was just right, very neat and clean! Had everything you needed for the beach..chairs, toys, gold cart, etc. The owner Leigh was amazing!

We needed a vacation to rest and rejuvenate. This home was in the perfect location within the large Ocean Lakes family campground. It was very quiet but located within very short distant of as much or little noise as you wanted to expose yourself to. The home was well maintained and decorated tastefully. Ample parking for two vehicles. It was wonderful to be able to stay in Ocean lakes and not have to bring everything from home such as linens, pots/pans, etc. All though we did not use them, the washer/dryer was available(perhaps if we had washed up our dirty laundry the day before departure it would be done instead of needing to be done on our return home.) Hostess Leigh was always available and responded promptly. We will definitely use this property again in the future. I think it will be our "go to" place for beach stays here on out. Thank you Leigh for an awesome stay.
