This Private Luxury Cabin Retreat sits nestled on its very own unique ridge along the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. You can hear the nearby streams and waterfalls (hiking trails through three streams begin on the property). From the deck the nearest neighbors are hundreds of yards away for a truly secluded escape.

The ultimate mountain getaway with all the amenities to relax: outdoor hot tub, wood burning fireplaces, luxury master bath, outdoor fire pit table, outdoor green egg smoker, Blackstone Griddle, home movie theater, pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, and more.

Amazing views with a huge wrap around porch with over 2500 sqft. of total deck space.

Bent Tree’s Lake Tamarack. 110-Acre Lake Tamarack is a beautiful, scenic feature of the Bent Tree Community. Paddleboard or canoe the lake, fish from the house, swim from the large beach and let the kids monkey about the playground and volleyball courts.

Bent Tree Golf Course & Pro Shop (0.4 miles)
Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the golf course at Bent Tree is one of North Georgia’s most beautiful 18-hole championship courses. The Joe Lee designed course meanders through the base of several mountains, past waterfalls, mountain streams, and brooks, boldly confronting the broad shoulder of Sharp Top Mountain. Queen bed within a super cozy top floor apartment. This room includes an oversized multi-use lounge chair and ottoman. Outside bedroom area includes bathroom, full size futon with desk and Herman Miller ergonomic office chair. Beautiful top floor loft views.

This was such a great stay. Any issues were dealt with promptly by Matt personally. It was such a relief to have a great owner. The driveway was definitely steep so make sure you’re comfortable with that. The house itself was very comfortable for our group of 15. We didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The kids loved the basement room, theater and game room.It was great having hiking trails right outside the door and not needing to drive somewhere else. We would definitely stay here again. The view is incredible and totally worth the driveway!

The host, Matt, was without question the most attentive and thoughtful host we've ever had. He went out of his way to supply us with needed items. He got back to us very quickly to answer our questions even tho he was on a cruise with his wife. Matt made us feel so welcomed! The cabin itself is lovely but be ready for a dramatic drive to your destination... which in turn gives you an awesome view with plenty of nature to enjoy. The trail heads at the end of the driveway were such a plus. Even tho you feel tucked up high on a mountain ridge, club house dining is only 10 minutes away. Our whole group enjoyed the amenities in Bent Tree resort even in the fall.

Matt was an exceedingly communicative host - the kind you wish every rental had. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately, and he made sure to encourage us to reach out if we needed anything else. The cabin was lovely, with tons of space for our large group. The kids barely wanted to leave the basement with all of its fun amenities and awesome bunk beds. You could tell this was a property owned and used by a family, not a large company taking all of the shortcuts for profit. The beds were very comfortable. The views were better than the pictures, and the back deck was huge with plenty of seating for everyone. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped - we held a Friendsgiving/birthday celebration and weren’t missing any cooking tools. This place was really great for a large group, and we appreciated the host’s hospitality.

Great Cabin

We had a great family retreat to this cabin. Having a green egg and black stone was amazing! Game room was also great! The views are amazing.

25th birthday weekend

I booked this place for a small group of friends and I to celebrate my 25th birthday and it was perfect! The hot tub was a big hit and the kitchen was a great space for larger-volume cooking. The beds are super comfy as well! I definitely recommend this place for any group because there is something there for everyone!

Fabluous Stay

What a beautiful setting and a great house for our family time. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and 6 children. Everyone enjoyed the deck with the amazing view, the hot tub and the game room downstairs. The kitchen is also very well stocked. We loved doing the hike just off of the driveway to visit the scenic waterfall. Matt was super to work with and gave great communication before we arrived and made himself available should any questions come up during our stay. We would definitely reserve again!

Great Family getaway

Great Stay

Our stay in the mountains was perfect. We travel around each Spring to a different area of Blue Ridge Mountains to hike and relax. The Bent Tree community offers golf, tennis, and great hiking. There is a good trail right off the property. We visited the Main Street in Jasper for great local food. The view from the deck is great for sunsets and star viewing. We highly recommend this cabin.

Perfect mountain gateway!

Exactly as described, we had an amazing time. The view, the spacious rooms and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. A truly mountain experience: we even spotted a beautiful black bear on our way to the cabin. Do not hesitate to book. We'll come back for sure!!!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of 15. The surrounding was wonderful. We saw deer, beavers, and bears. On the property terrain was a lot to do. There was a lake with a beach, and fishing. The hiking trails were wonderful. City of Jasper was also very nice with enough to do and see.

Great

We had a wonderful stay. There was 14 of us; 7 adults, 7 kids & 2 one year olds and there was plenty of space for everyone. The game room & theater room was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could possible need. Matt, the owner, was very gracious and made himself available even before we arrived. We would definitely come back.

Mountain wedding celebration

Stayed at this beautiful cabin for my niece’s wedding at a nearby venue. I can’t say enough on just how wonderful the experience was for us! The cabin is so spacious and comfortable and the views from the back porch are amazing. The owners are wonderful and the rental process was so easy. Jason ( one of the owners) is great with communication and extremely helpful if you need anything or have questions throughout your stay. I will definitely love to stay again during the spring or summer!!

We were in Bent Tree for a family reunion of approximately 50 people and rented three houses in addition to my sister’s house where we all gathered during the day. The house was perfect for our needs. It was very nicely appointed and clean. The area was great with so many things to do for all ages. We golfed, played pickle ball, hiked, swam and enjoyed the beach. Matt was very helpful and very accommodating. You could tell by speaking with him that he wanted us to have a great time. We learned early on how to navigate the driveway and had no issues. As Matt said, it is worth dealing with the driveway for the spectacular views! We had no complaints at all. We would definitely rent again should the occasion arise. Thank you, Matt!

Wonderful mountain gem

This was a quite lovely and well appointed home with a beautiful view. We chose it because it was a mountain experience but further south so we could also get to Atlanta for activities. We truly felt like this was a haven away for us and would consider coming back a second time. The host is kind and attentive and the home had a high end yet family feel. Excellent wifi compared to many rentals we have experienced. The gated community made us feel very safe. Thanks!

View on a Whim

View on a Whim is a very nice home ! Our family did our family vacation here. It is just as described. Wr had 9 adults and 4 kids under 10. This is an excellent home, location and view. Rooms are large, kitchen is large, deck is large. Theater room is amazing and very comfortable. We had a very relaxing week here. Home is very clean and everything works properly. We will be back. Matt answers any questions promptly.

Fabulous friends weekend

A group of 5 couples and 4 small children had a perfect mountain weekend at this home! The kitchen was very well equipped for staying in and cooking, we especially enjoyed the big green egg. The hot tub(s) was also a huge plus! Tons of room for everyone to have their own space, but still spend time together. We’ll be back next year! Our only hiccup was a bit of trouble getting the code to the door at check-in, but I think that was an anomaly and it was quickly resolved.
