The Space:
Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for families or groups. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, allowing you to cook your favorite meals just like at home. Relax in the cozy living spaces, or take advantage of the spacious deck overlooking the tranquil pond. With plenty of room to unwind, this home provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. Book your stay today and make yourself at home!

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the house, pond, and everything within 100” of our 25-acre property line. There are 2 bathrooms inside the home. Guests will not have access to the large detached garage on site.
The Neighborhood:
Secluded area on 25 acres with campsites, a house, a pond, and a shed.
Getting Around:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Please obtain permission for additional parking.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are weekdays, 10:00PM - 8:00AM, and weekends, 11:00PM - 8:00AM.
No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring
Guests will need to bring their own charcoal to utilize the grill.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
Parties are strictly prohibited without prior approval. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.
Please obtain prior approval for pets.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.
