Perched on the gleaming shoreline of Little Sebago Lake, Loon Cove offers an idyllic wilderness retreat any time of year! Providing the perfect mix of sun and shade, a highlight of the home is the property's viewpoint for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. While enjoying the pleasant weather, glide onto the lake via the provided kayaks, and paddle boards, fire up the gas grill for a family cookout, and roast gooey s'mores over the dancing flames in the firepit.

When you can pull yourself away from the peacefulness of Loon Cove, check out nearby Maine Wildlife Park, Deck House Amusement Park, Sebago Lake State Park, as well as the area's great golf courses, restaurants, and shops. This is the ultimate home base for leaf peepers in the fall, and during the winter months, discover the slopes at Bridgton/Pleasant Mountain Ski Area (28 miles), snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, excellent ice fishing, and ice skating on the lake.

Inside your home away from home, gather under the living room's vaulted ceilings for movie viewings alongside the fire. Steps away, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its updated appliances and granite countertops. When you'd prefer to cook with views, fire up the balcony's gas grill. When mealtime rolls around, gather around the grand formal dining table, situated alongside a grand piano.

Your own haven of peace, Loon Cove's primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with lake views. All of the six bedrooms are comfortably adorned with soft linens and either air-conditioning units or bedroom fans.

Downstairs, the additional family room presents another large TV and a kitchenette. Everyone is sure to love gathering around the foosball table and Ping-Pong table for hours of indoor fun. Additional interior amenities include baby gates, a laundry room, partial air-conditioning, and board games.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
