Welcome to our charming Little Sebago Lake Family Compound! This lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, serenity, and recreation for your family getaway.

Main House:
The heart of the compound is the spacious main house, boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious family meals. The living area is perfect for gathering and unwinding, with large windows providing breathtaking views of the lake.

Guest Cottage:
Adjacent to the main house is our inviting guest cottage. This additional space offers privacy and tranquility, making it an excellent option for extended family or friends joining the retreat. The cottage features a queen bed and a partial kitchen and updated bathroom ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to a private outdoor oasis. The expansive deck is perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. The property offers direct access to the lake, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, or fishing. A fire pit awaits for cozy evenings under the stars, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Fun and relaxation on the lake

We had a great time at Rose Bud. The location on the lake is great (end of an inlet). We rented a motor boat from Long Lake for 3 days (they deliver) and had a great time water skiing and tubing. The house has a dock that can accommodate a rented boat. We also enjoyed canoeing and paddle boarding. The house has good air conditioning and is very well equipped. You do need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, and towels. Wayne is a great host and welcomed us there. I highly recommend

I just got back from a 5 day, 4 night stay with 6 other adults and the experience was wonderful. This property was incredible! Stunning views from the main house and guest house with direct water access for a boat. There was also a ladder that leads down to the shallow area of the lake and a small sandy area where you could walk directly into the shallow part of the lake. . The lake was clear and beautiful. The outdoor seating area had comfy reclining chairs and all new furniture with plenty of seats for larger groups. The fire pit was in great condition and we used it for smores night! The house was immaculate and well designed with comfortable beds and furniture. It felt cozy and inviting for everybody and we loved the checkers table! The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Wayne, was the best. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and available for any questions we had. The best vacation ever! We can’t wait to go back!
