A little on the dirty side at check-in. Rugs and walls needed to be cleaned. Some dirty utensils in the kitchen drawers, and candy wrappers behind the shades in the kids room. Had no internet or cable for 1-1/2 days until repaired. Had no power at the outlets on the ground floor, and when repaired we discovered they were only 15amp circuits which meant that I could not charge my 600 rented golf cart. Had active wasp nests under the top floor balcony, and several black widow spiders living near the back door/outdoor shower area. Otherwise we had a great time! Bryant did everything they could to affect repairs, but should let future guests know about the 15amp circuits on the ground floor not being large enough to charge an electric golf cart.

Weekend trip

Exceeded expectations. Spacious 4 bedroom townhouse with plenty of parking space. Walking distance to the beach and the tiki bar. 2 balconies, one off the master suite and another off the living room. Bryant Real Estate was easy to work with. Would recommend!

Great Vacation

The Carolina Beach vacation was great! My family and I had a great stay at the house we booked. We were able to make wonderful memories trying new restaurants, the escape room, and several of us got to witness the hatching of sea turtles. Thank you for providing a pet friendly home. Our little chihuahua got plenty of exercise.

This company provides awesome service!

Actually you guys, the house is everything that is in the ad and more. The company is very thorough and kind, they respond quickly to address any issues and we def would like to work with them in the future. We booked this home for our roofing crew of (8) men because it was enough roof for the guys. Unfortunately when you are doing construction and you have crew members that dont follow rules, there will be a few issues. Something’s did arise after the stay but we worked it out. We have nothing but awesome things to say about the service and home they provided.

Maintenance needs interfered with stay

We had issues with the heat…inside temp was 66 degrees and dropping while it was freezing temps outside and we were told “it’s just how these systems work when it is so cold outside.” It was FREEZING in the house the next morning, and we had to have the HVAC guy come out and then a second visit by the maintenance guy to check as it was not warming up inside. It took over 24 hours from our arrival for the heat to reach and maintain a reasonable temperature inside the house. Second maintenance issue was the dishwasher. We were informed ahead of time that it was not working and would be replaced on Tuesday following our Sunday arrival. No problem, except that there was a miscommunication and the maintenance guy was only aware of a drop off of the dishwasher, not installation, so that had to be rescheduled. Again, not a huge issue, but since we brought our dog along, we had to reschedule (and cancel) some plans during our trip to accommodate this process. Overall, the house and location were great and aside from the maintenance issues that affected comfort for the first 2 days and required rescheduling of things the third day, I have no complaints.

We had a cookout with the coal grill, and walked a quick 2 minutes to the gorgeous beach. I plan to bring my family back for vacation and hope to stay at the same place. Stunning. Lots of separate seating areas outside too.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in there were 2 condom wrappers under the master bed. I called to let the property manager know. I received no follow up call or anything. I think a gift card to dinner or something would be appropriate because it was very off putting. Then, our sink randomly fell through the cabinet and no one seemed to care, other than sending over a maintenance person who looked at it and left. We absolutely loved the location but I am disappointed in the lack of concern over pretty significant issues. Also, I would recommend having another couch or love seat because there is not enough room in the living room for 7-8 people to sit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time staying at Pass. The home was in good shape, and the Linens package was quite adequate. It was well stocked with kitchen implements and good appliances. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice, since so many other places have them, but the regular brew coffee maker was quite adequate. The only problems I noticed were a non-functioning and oil-leaking automatic ice maker, a tap water hose that came loose just as we were leaving, a slow bathroom drain that I was able to fix, and a lot of ants outside that got into our car. The ones that came inside for some reason we're not much of a bother, since they were not in the kitchen. Maintenance was very responsive, and the location near beach access was superb! If we vacation in Carolina Beach again, we will try to book here again.

Please take these ideas into consideration.

There were 8 of us excited to have fun and fellowship and a great beach vacation! This all came to a screeching halt when we were putting sheets on the beds! I heard my daughter scream. I immediately ran to see the situation and felt sick to my stomach! We pulled all bedding off the bed and put it all into the wash. One room out of commission. I spent three hours washing the bedding! The following day maintenance came out and said it was bed bugs! Our options were to vacate the home with nowhere to go or stay in the bedbug house...Bryant reality had no available homes for us and no options other than to leave !! We were given a refund of $587 from our $1400 rental... I was so disappointed in the compensation for this disaster. We will not be returning to Bryant Reality! Beware!

The house was a nice place but we traveled with two children 2 year old and two month old and the carpets were so dirty that my grandsons feet were always black on the bottom. the carport area that had seating and a picnic table had green mold on it and the week we were there it rained a couple days so it was very slippery. With minor attention this would be a very nice place to stay.
