The condo was very clean and the beds had fresh linens. We were provided plenty of bath towels for the week which was very nice. The location is very nice, safe, quiet and across the street from ocean front. The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to have breakfast and listen to the waves. The only downfall was that we experienced two dirty frying pans and a dirty pot in the cupboard. In regard to kitchen ware, my suggestion would be to throw out some things there and get some new as the ones there aren’t in the best condition and provide a little more than what is there. There weren’t really any decent pots or pans to cook with. Also, if you are older or have knee/leg problems, this condo definitely is not for you as it is located on the 3rd floor and has a TON OF STEPS to climb. We did have a very smooth week while we stayed here though- no problems or issues.

Great Location for Family Beach Stay

Unit was clean, right across from beach access point, great pool for kids, loved having washer/dryer. My son and boys had a great time.

Property needs maintenance

Using the bedroom door was very annoying because the sliding door is damaged and could not be used, the laundry room door needs to be fixed, the water in the bathtub stagnates too much, I could list many more, I will only say that this property needs maintenance

Well equipped and comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

Good but needs improvement

It was clean and close to the beach. The steps were a lot. Our main problem was the screen door. It would not slide open more than 1 foot so we could not even remove our luggage. They did not seem like this was a big deal or that they wanted to fix it.

Perfect for a relaxing get away

My daughter and I picked this place for our annual mother/daughter vacation and other than the 49 steps to get to our unit it was amazing! It’s a one minute walk to the beach but not close to chair and umbrella rentals. We did see someone on a 4-wheeler once that had chairs and umbrella rentals but you’re better off bringing/buying your own. The bldg has it’s own pool but they need more chairs! The unit we stayed in also needs to update that all the tvs are roku/smart tvs! Other than that everything was perfect and we plan on going back next year for a longer period of time and we’ll be choosing a first floor unit!

Vacation Beach 2024

Was perfect weather. Quiet location with other families with children. Great pool for when surf was too rough for littles. Only downfall Carolina Beach parking fees just outrageous.

Nice spot

Nice place with a pool. The sliding door to get in was a bit hard to deal with, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views and very clean

Great access to the beach and to the boardwalk nice and quiet clean, but bring a oxygen tank cause there’s lots of stairs

Beachside vacation

My stay in Carolina beach was fantastic. The unit was conveniently located to my event at freedom park, you can walk to the tiki bar and beach in 5 min. The unit was a little outdated, but that was fine for what we needed for.

Great Stay

This condo was great! Very spacious and clean. We had plenty of space for the whole family and enjoyed the large outdoor areas. Very close to the beach! We oiled love to stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but we had no pool for 3 days since they drained it and used a hose to refill it and the Manager at Bryant never called me about what was the reason for it. Also our main TV did not work as we wanted either for 31/2 days until they replace the ROKU. Very disappointed with Reality company.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed at was ok. We did not spend a great deal of time in the unit. The bedroom with the doors was where my husband and I slept. The mattress is horrible and the springs are bad. One side of the bed is so worn out you feel like you are going to fall out if you move. This is something the owner needs to replace. The couch and chair are very worn and not to comfortable to sit on. The stove was very nasty inside and I refused to cook in it. It is out of date and needs to be cleaned. Overall it was ok for a weekend stay, I would not have stayed there all week. I would have requested to move or a refund if I had to stay at this unit all week. When we come back next year I will request a different unit than this one. I think the owner needs to invest in some upgrades or not charge as much because the stay and comfort matter to people. Had I read the reviews on this unit prior to booking I would have never accepted this unit. We also was looking forward to the pool and it was under construction and we were not told that prior to booking. It was very disappointing to know that once arrival that the pool was not going to be an option for us.

needs improvements

The entrance door is a thin old wooden door easily kicked in and broken into, no second storm or security door. Have to enter the unit from the sliding doors which could not be locked at night and hard to open and close. In these times, security is not optional. The curtain rod in maser bedroom was hanging down ripped out from the wall when we arrived but I managed to close the curtains somewhat. The second bedroom closet is locked so you cannot bring another couple because they have to hang their clothe in your master bedroom closet. I don't remember if the description mentions that there is no elevator so don't bring any older person who can't climb 42 stairs. The washing machine is on its way out, makes a awful rumbling noise and someone will not have a washer when renting the unit. I reported it to Bryant real estate. No TVs in bedrooms. The dishwasher had dishes with thick cheese backed on to some dishes. I guess cleaning people did not check the dishwasher. All the furnishings and appliances are old. It needs a serious overhaul. The beach is close by and it was quiet.

Right by the beach

The two beds are more like fulls one being more comfortable then the other both nothing too comfortable but the pillows were nice. The pool was clean and kept well. There is a place to rinse off after going to the beach next to the pool. The property was a great deal for the location but the real estate company managing the property tried to over charge us which was resolved but frustrating. They give you one trash bag per bathroom and one in the kitchen for the entire stay. There was no toiletries or dishwasher soap. When we needed more toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags they told us that they only give people enough “to get started” and that we had to purchase more ourselves which was completely BS when you fly from across the country and then have a bunch left over you leave there for other guests to use. I’m still curious if they through all the things away or let the next guest use them because we had to buy everything which wouldn’t have been the case at all if we stayed at a hotel. The hotel experience wouldn’t have been as comfy or house my family as comfortably. Overall good deal for the price but I wish Bryant Real Estate weren’t so greedy and more about providing customers what they need for a weeks stay. Also the stairs are BRUTAL but worth it once you climb to the top.
