2番目のベッドルームにはプールと運河を見渡すバルコニーへのスライドドアがあります。 ボートを見て、日没を楽しむ。 プライベートで輝く清潔な生理食塩水のプールには、快適なラウンジチェア、テーブル、傘が豊富にあり、すすぎ用シャワーが付いています。

Great little spot, very cozy, loved the views of both the sound and the ocean. Ate several meals out on the porches. Host was very responsive and helpful when small issues popped up. There were thorough instructions for check in, which were very helpful and the items in the beach closet were great, esp the chairs and the beach cart. Would recommend!

This was a great find. It's a beautiful and comfortable dwelling located with a great view of the ocean. I sat on our 3rd floor porch and enjoyed the view of the ocean for hours at a time. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the dwelling was. It easily accommodated the three adults and two children in our party. A special treat was the welcome basket waiting for us on the kitchen table. It was a very pleasant surprise and instantly created an overall good feeling. I definitely recommend this if you love the beach.

Great location and amazing views of both the ocean and the bay! The unit was clean but could use some general maintenance (wall paint and popcorn ceiling were peeling, outdoor chairs were wobbly) and updating including new linens and towels. No issues with communication or check in.

The location of this property is ideal. You’ve got the beach view on one side and the inter coastal waterway and marina on the other. The views are beautiful, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The balconies on the front and back are spacious and private, which is nice. The host is quick to respond to anything - always appreciated! We would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach, and staying at this property made the entire trip so perfect. It’s clean, has beautiful views of the water and is only a two minute walk to the beach. Jill is a wonderful host. Communication was great before, during and after, and she answered any questions we had very quickly. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The views from this property are as advertised and unbeatable. You can stand on the front deck with your coffee or glass of wine and watch the waves of the ocean and then move to the back deck to see a spectacular sunset. The communication was excellent!! The welcome basket made me smile as soon as I walked in and the property had everything we needed. We had a great time!

Everything was great. The host even added a nice personal Easter touch for my daughter which was special. If I had to critique anything it would be that the beds could use a mattress pad or something to soften the beds cuz they are a little stiff but that's the only thing and it didn't hinder our stay. Great place, great host and great view

This condo was an excellent choice for a weekend trip for four girls celebrating a birthday. The host was very accommodating, quick to respond, answered all my questions, and provided little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. The condo was spotless. The views on the ocean and sound side were fabulous. Quick walk to the beach access. Having access to their storage closet was an extra bonus being able to use some items for the beach. Very close to a mini mart to get coffee/food. We even got to enjoy the very cold pool. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again.

We have family in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.

Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!
