この2列目、3階建のコンドミニアムから完全に遮られていないオーシャンビュー。デッキには2つのスライドドアがあり、1つはファミリールームに、もう1つはマスターベッドルームに、美しい日の出に目覚める。夜にデッキに座って、月が上がったのを見て、誰も邪魔することなくあなたの部屋に落ち着かせてください。アップグレードされたマットレスを備えたファミリールームのマスターとクイーンの引き出しソファで高品質のマットレスと寝具をお楽しみください。

2番目のベッドルームにはプールと運河を見渡すバルコニーへのスライドドアがあります。ボートを見て、日没を楽しむ。プライベートで輝く清潔な生理食塩水のプールには、快適なラウンジチェア、テーブル、傘が豊富にあり、すすぎ用シャワーが付いています。

Birthday week

We were here to celebrate our daughter’s 12th Birthday and our son’s 8th Birthday from the previous week!! We had a great trip, the views are unbeatable…a lot of stairs to get there, but totally worth it!! The kids loved the pool. The condo had everything we needed!! Thanks again!!

Beach Vacation

We had a great time. The beach access was very close and an easy path to walk down. The condo was very comfortable and and felt like home. The host Jill was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Definitely will stay there again.

Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo!! Amazing views! Cozy! We had everything we needed! It was a short walk to the beach, had a great pool, and the closet downstairs was a nice bonus!! The owners were fantastic with their communication and made sure everything went well for our trip!

Economical Beachfront Condo

My wife and 2 children liked our stay at this condo, although hiking up and down 3 flights of stairs was not enjoyable. Parking was a struggle at times. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had right away. All in all, i would recommend this condo!

Great location, but manage your expectations

2.5/5 rounded up.Positives: Location and views were EXCELLENT, took 5 minutes to walk from the condo to the beach entrance and we loved watching the sunrise from balcony (saw some dolphins, too!). Parking was easy, kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, TV had a Roku, washer/dryer/dishwasher worked great and we had plenty of towels to use for showering etc. Host was responsive and check-in/out was easy. Negatives: We are not very picky when it comes to how new things are and don’t expect everything to be perfectly spotless, but this condo didn’t meet our expectations when compared to previous rental experiences. On arrival, the bed linens and towels didn’t smell clean and the towels were VERY rough. On arrival carpets were dirty, found little chunks of dirt and debris on laminate in the main living area (I swept the floors bc things kept getting stuck to our feet). There was also sand and debris in the bottom of the tub. Overall Condo felt a bit dilapidated, with aging sink/bath fixtures with build-up, dingy stained carpets and staining on the walls. We were aware that the pest control would come during our stay, but the pest control guy was not respectful and sprayed our shoes and near baby’s crib with insecticide despite us asking him not to.Although the price was reasonable, the total cost was not by any stretch “cheap” enough to justify the lack of cleanliness/overall quality of the condo. We would not stay here again unless upgrades were made.

Wonderfu Getaway

My daughter and I came to Carollina Beach for her spring break. We were looking for a relazing and quiet retreat. Jill's condo did not disappoint. We were greating with a goodie basket during our stay which was a very nice touch. Jill was very helpful in guiding us to area attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will be back again.

Nice little place in a great area!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this condo! Check-in was easy, didn’t have any issues with parking, and it has a great location close to the beach and the boardwalk area. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to check this condo out!

Ideal spot for a beach getaway

I was lucky to secure this space for a last minute beach getaway. The location was fantastic, the view was just as advertised, and the accommodations were just what I needed. Parking and check-in were easy. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot for a quick beach getaway.!

Carolina Beach Getaway

Jill was a very attentive host and the Welcome basket and hand written card was just very special. Great location and very well stocked if you want to cook at home. Quiet place that’s about half a mile from CB town center. The view of the beach is incredible! Really enjoyed our stay and definitely be looking to a return visit. Dave & Devon McCarthy

Absolutely Amazing

There are just no words to express how amazing the was before, during and after our stay. She was extremely responsive to any message and did everything in her power to make sure our trip was perfect. The house was spotless and the special touches she put out made the house even more homey. Second time staying here

This is our second time staying at Carolina Beach and our second time staying in this same condo. Yes the condo is on the third floor and no there isn’t an elevator, but once you get up there and see the view of the ocean from the front and the view of the Bay out of the back it is all worth it. Jill is always responsive to anything you may need when you need it. We will be staying there again.

We have family in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.

Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!
