Hi there Beverley! Thank you for your comments. You will be happy to know the owner's have just completely remodeled all of the bathrooms in the unit, with new glass doors, tubs and fixtures. I apologize for the issues you experienced with the drawer and heating, and have reported them to maintenance to review. Our maintenance is available 24/7 should any issues arise during your stay.
