We even kayaked in the canal for free. It’s our second trip and we will be back.

Disgusting unit!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented unit 641 for a wee. Upon arrival this is what we found: unit smelled dirty; shag rug in living room was dirty and matted down with a dirty feeling when touched; ants in master bedroom and on kitchen counter; one remote had batteries exploded it it and did not work;No light in the porch as the bulb had blown; no kitchen sponge, just a washcloth; master shower caulking was BLACK; both couches were severely stained and you could feel the DIRT embedded in them; broken porch chair; 1/2 toaster didn’t work; glass top in master bedroom had grit on it from NOT being cleaned.....Paid the same price as ther units that appeared to be updated. Never told if you have more than one vehicle, you are charged $27 for a parking pass when there are guest spots!Called the Manager and was told they don’t have time to address these issues because of the bookings!!!!! You can’t tell me in the whole year one week was not rented where they could have cleaned and addressed this unit! The Manager just didn’t care and we left early to boot!Paid foe an “ in-depth cleaning”..... yeah right!!!!Be cautious!!!!

Great property & excellent location!

We had a wonderful time on Sanibel Island! This condo was decorated really nicely & had everything we needed. The property is perfectly located & very easy to check in. The woman who greeted us was very nice & super helpful. The only negative was that the condo smelled musty/moldy. I fixed it by purchasing a couple of odor absorbing air fresheners and that helped a lot. We would stay here again.

Return to Sanibel Island

Had an issue checking in, was unable to sent COVID wavers on my phone, and was accused of not wanting to fill out wavers, it wasn't that wouldn't I just couldn't. Issue was resolved by having guest service person bring waivers to the car upon check in arrival. I'll blame it all on stupid COVID. Had great weather and a nice visit with my son and daughter in law over the weekend.

Great location, friendly staff, all the necessary amenities

We had a great stay at Sanibel Moorings with our family of four. The condo was clean and ready for us ahead of schedule. The grounds are nicely landscaped with subtropical plants-- in Feburary there was a lot already in bloom. We like to stay on this end of the island because it's so convenient to bike to our favorite spots including the lighthouse and ice cream. The pool was in excellent condition and we used it several times. There were multiple grills-- we didn't grill but enjoyed sitting at the shaded tables in the grill area. Would definitely stay here again! The only downside is no washer in the unit, but you can exchange your towels for free daily, and there's a nice onsite laundry facility.
