Sanibel Moorings, Unit# 732, was exactly as advertised. Fresh and comfortable, this site offered plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Super. Lose to sun & sand, Sanibel’s best eateries are in close proximity for your dining enjoyment.

This Unit was immediately appealing, with comfortable living quarters, a freshly appointed kitchen and plenty of space for our Family. Two balconies add flair and the Gulf View is icing on the cake. We checked in to see in-person everything as advertised. The grounds of Sanibel Moorings are well-maintained and just a stone’s throw away from powdery sand. We were specifically looking for a location walkable to Lighthouse Beach. Sanibel Moorings, Unit #732, make be our new go-to spot on the Island!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy to return to Sanibel Moorings. The property is understandably a re-construction zone, but the beach is still gorgeous. The condo unit showed some wear and tear (peeling paint, unfinished baseboards, roughly installed light plate switches - stuff like that) and it was surprising to see the pre-hurricane living room furniture. But overall, we thought it was very comfortable and we can highly recommend this unit :)

perfect location

For a girls getaway-we loved the location, the attention to detail all throughout the unit and property. The property is right near the beach, just steps away! We had a lovely beach view from our living room plus a beautiful pool view from the bedroom patio. There are so many interesting plants and flowering plants on the property! Plus a botanical tour. The unit had everything included to make our stay complete! Just a few of the extra details included:a few games, books and even a small cooler to take to the beach! It was clean, clean, clean and just absolutely perfect! The updated kitchen is absolutely beautiful!!We did not hear any other neighbors but I think most if not all of the other units were occupied! A great family friendly area. This was our first experience with Sanibel Island and staying at Sanibel Moorings made it an even more perfect experience.

We chose it for the beautiful landscape. We had a small intimate wedding on the property. Kari and her staff went above and beyond to make our day/week extra special. The inside of the condo and the views from the screened porches looked exactly like the pictures. It was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone (couples, friends or families) looking for a great vacation spot.

A perfect family spot

We loved how clean and spacious the condo was. What sold us was the location to the beach... Just steps away! It was nice to have access to the pool too. We will certainly return.

Highly recommend!

This condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The property was very well maintained and the staff were so helpful. The pool and beach were lovely. The only disappointment was that the kayaks were still not available for use. We will definitely be coming back to Sanibel Moorings!

Beautiful spot - will be back!

Our flight arrived after hours and late check-in communication with property was fantastic. Condo was well appointed, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Office staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
