Wonderful property

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the property. It was clean and was true to the listing. There was a little construction going on, but it did not affect the overall vibe. The pool was fabulous and the short walk to the beach was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

great location

Great location- walking distance to the beach! Very clean, well stocked kitchen!Staff at the welcome center were very friendly and helpful! There is construction going on- but we did not mind, as we know that the entire island is being "reimagined" after the hurricanes.Highly recommend- would definitely come back!!

The facilities and grounds are always well managed and maintained, and the on-site staff is friendly and accommodating. Great beach!

The great Sanibel beach was a short-walk from our unit and we appreciated access to beach chairs and umbrellas at no additional cost. The unit was very well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, so we had everything we needed. We were surprised by the Fire TV, so I did not have to set-up the Fire Stick I brought. All the staff were attentive. We would have loved one of the units facing the beach. They looked great.

Very nice property and beautiful condo!

Renting this property was very easy and straight forward. Most of the accommodations were outstanding. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very nice! Access to the pool, grilling area and beach was great. Bedrooms were nice sized and very comfortable. So, why not 5 stars? Well... The condo carpeting was not well cleaned....crumbs, sand, etc. The fact that I spent a decent amount on the condo rental and then to be told beach/pool towels are available to rent at $5 per towel per day is pretty ridiculous. Include these at no charge for crying out loud! Generally when I rent a condo, you can count on some spices for cooking, some coffee filters and other non perishable items that are nice to have....this condo...nothing! The only thing left for the next guest was the crumbs on the floor. We called the front desk and asked if they had any kind of seasonings we could use...and were told we could pick up a complimentary salt and pepper at the rental office. We picked them up and each was literally the size of a thimble. It generally felt like "Nickel and Diming. " The last bit of feedback...the property doesn't have access to food or drinks to purchase. The property down the beach about 300 yards does have a nice tiki bar if you want to walk down to it.

Sanibel vacation

My husband and I met up with another couple for a week vacation. Our Vrbo was perfect! The proximity to beach was a short walk through the property. Everything was clean and sanitized before we got there. My only suggestion was there could have been more paper products and dishwasher detergent stocked for the week. All in all wonderful week. We would definitely return again!

Christmas Break

This property had everything we needed. The office responded promptly when we called for something we needed. The main room ceiling fan remote needed batteries that they had to order which never came, however, but since it was December/January, that was ok. Renters new to the Island should be aware that during crowded times, it is difficult to get bikes and that there is such a thing as the Red Tide! Which happened to be occurring during our stay!

Relaxing and getting away with husband!

Great location and easy access from the airport. The beach is just a short walk and the condo is well kept and the grounds have the best plants. We even stayed in one night and grilled steaks on the grill which was available and easy to use.

This is beautiful Condo- very updated and a short walk to the pool and beach!!

We were so happy to find this property! The condo looks just like the photos. Checking in was easy and they have a lot of information on local activities. We did not know you could rent beach towels, would have saved some room in the suitcases for shopping 😉
