Personal Toiletries: Guests are kindly asked to bring their own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and any preferred spices or condiments for their stay.

Parking: Due to HOA and county regulations, the property allows a maximum of 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked inside the garage all the time. The garage clearance is 8'3" (8 feet, 3 inches), so only vehicles shorter than this height can fit inside. Street and driveway parking are not permitted.

Lake Arrowhead Pass: A Lake Arrowhead access pass is provided for your convenience during your stay. Please return it to the home before checkout. If the pass is lost, damaged, or taken from the property, a $100 replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of obtaining a new pass. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
