90 day minimum rental. Welcome to Enchantment- a fully furnished, 2nd floor efficiency condo, in the heart of the walkable French Quarter. Quiet, gated historical building, fully equipped with everything you need. Great for students, couples, long stay tourism, artistic adventures...live like a local! Please note that no wifi or cable services are offered. Bring your hotspot! Rental Rate has been adjusted to reflect this.

SUPERBOWL 2025 is in New Orleans!!! Reservation will be for the price of a 90 day rental, regardless of stay. We are happy to accommodate you!

Quaint apartment near the Heart of the French Quarter

We loved the brick corridor, spiral staircase, balcony walk transition from the City to our quaint Enchantment apartment. A short walk to Canal Street streetcar stop gave us access to all the French Quarter and nearby neighborhoods had to offer. Our 6-day stay was a fantastic introduction to the huge cuisine tradition, history, music and genuine hospitality of New Orleans. Our host Gabriel was always quick to respond and taxi driver, Harry accommodated our very early departure with good cheer.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Our stay in Enchantment was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect! Close to the action but on a quiet street. The charm of the century-old building was just what we wanted for an authentic French Quarter experience. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot! Our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
