There is another unit on the first floor of the building. This home does not have a balcony, and guests do not have access to the ground-floor patio.

The home features a full staircase. The stairs leading to the second level may be challenging for some elderly individuals or those with limited mobility. Guests with limited mobility should review these details carefully to ensure the property meets their needs.
Air-Conditioning
This home is equipped with tower fans that include water-cooling units to help keep the space comfortable. Additional fans are also provided for your convenience. Please note that this home does not have central air conditioning.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
