Our Penthouse is located on the upper level of our Duplex and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Downstairs/Front Patio Access
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beach goers should be expected.
- Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Unit is located on the 2nd floor, stairs will be required to access
- Home is equipped with a Kitchenette only (Convection Oven)
- No Parking is provided. Free Street parking is available.
