We love the area and the location can't be beat. However, this time the most basic necessities were not there. We had to call to get plates,etc for rhe kitxhen. The TV didn't work due to corrosion of the inputs. The issue is these things and a couple more should be checked before we arrived. The manager was quick to fix the problems and is always available. Kudos to him in that respect.

Great Oceanfront Stay!

The property was just as described! Clean and perfect ready to go. Location was awesome and literally steps to the boardwalk. Julio got back to us quick with any questions or concerns so that’s always a plus. I’ve stayed in many places in this area before and I would gladly choose this place first over any of the rest!

Great rental

Communication: Excellent and speedy Location: Amazing! Could use updates to the property as there is rust in a few places, but it was clean and very convenient. No A/C, but otherwise, no complaints.

Great beachfront area

Julio is an amazing host! Without a doubt one of the smoothest bookings to date on any platform. Great communication and responsive. My spouse clogged the toilet and a plunger was provided within minutes. Location is fantastic and the apartment itself is good. It's not the Chateau, it's an older beachfront property so expect some sand and brick walls. With that being said, be sure to note than when booking this lower level apartment, that people will be above you. Unfortunately outside of Julio's control there were several mornings throughout our stay that we were woken at 4a-6am by loud upstairs neighbors. Blatantly stomping up the steps that are right above your head. It sounded like they were dragging things across the floor. Despite our reaching out to the host, this continued until our last day. Unfortunately, this is not under Julio's control as you can't physically control what others do. I'll definitely be booking with Julio again, however I'll be booking the upstairs apartment knowing what I know now.

Location!

You can’t beat this location where you can watch the ocean waves from the kitchen/loving room window and listen to the waves as you sleep. The bed was comfortable and the entire apartment is adorable. It comes equipped with extra trash bags, and stuff to do the dishes. It even has two beach chairs and beach towels! The washer and dryer was definitely an added perk as was the covered parking. A must for any couple!

Beautiful Location

We loved the location. Kitchen was infested with bugs. TV in bedroom did not work. AC did not work. Bathroom needs updating. Easy beach access. We loved the location and proximity to the beach.

Location location location!

I had a great stay here and everything was great! Beautiful Newport Beach! I appreciate having a parking spot which was great! Bed was very comfortable and cozy. The only thing I could suggest is providing basic items like shampoo and bath soap. Not a big deal. Everything else was great! Julio was a great host! Thanks again!
