The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the serene Corolla neighborhood, this charming home welcomes you with open arms and promises a delightful OBX vacation. As you step inside, climb upstairs to the top level that opens in front of you, filled with natural light and comfort. The fully stocked kitchen, adorned with modern amenities, beckons the chef in your family to cook delicious meals. Imagine sipping your morning coffee at the bar seating, accommodating four people comfortably, as the sun streams in through the windows.



Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area can host up to eight people, offering the perfect setting for family dinners. Connected to the dining area is an enclosed sun porch, where you can enjoy the outdoors while shielded from the sun.



Natural light floods the open living room through the multiple deck accesses. Comfortably furnished, this space is great to relax after dinner. Completing the top level is a cozy queen bedroom with an attached full hall bathroom.

Availability of children gear such as pack and play, baby monitor, baby gates and a crib!



**Guests traveling with service animals are kindly requested to choose a different property due to the homeowner's severe allergies.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
