Welcome to Kings Cozy Corner for your next stay in the Cincinnati area! Originally built in 1921 for employees of the historic King Powder/Peters Cartridge Company, this newly renovated home is located just off I-71, in the historic Kings Mills area. Close to Kings Island and also the scenic Little Miami River.
Whether you’re in town to visit family and friends or enjoy the recreation this area has to offer- this luxuriously appointed home is perfectly suited to pamper you in your own space.

The space
Welcome to Kings Cozy Corner for your next stay in the Cincinnati area! Originally built for employees of the innovative King Powder Company and Peters Cartridge Company, this newly renovated home was built in 1921 and is located about 25 miles NE of downtown Cincinnati, just off I-71, in the historic Kings Mills area of Warren County, Ohio, just up the hill from the scenic Little Miami River and Bike Trail. Today, this home boasts stair-free access to the main level, 3 bedrooms, with a 1st floor master and 2 full baths (1 on each floor) and sleeping accommodations for up to 21 of your closest friends and family (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 futon, 2 twin triple bunks, 1 full triple bunk & 2 Queen sleeper sofas).
Whether you’re in town to visit family and friends, enjoy the Kings Island Amusement Park, ATP Tennis, a Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati, UC Bearcats or Xavier game, another local sports tournament or area event, this home is perfectly suited to pamper you in your own space.

Beautiful clean house, the “Bunk Room” was fantastic to sleep multiple people. The hosts were great to work with. I had family come into town and we were talking about how this would be the perfect house for a Kings Island stay!

Our family enjoyed being able to stay all together, share meals, have s’mores by the camp fire, and relax inside or on the front porch. The location was perfect for getting to Kings Island. Highly recommend.

Just around the corner from Kings Island

The house was very nice and had lots of room. It would be nice to stay during the summer to use the front porch area and fire pit.

Great place

Well stocked, plenty of room and nicely decorated. I would suggest that you add a fan or two for the bunk bed room. It gets very warm and stuffy.

Girls' Getaway

This was a wonderful house to stay in! We stayed for two nights for a girls' getaway for seven. There was plenty of table seating and comfy seating. We didn't need all of the bunk beds but thought it would be perfect for families with multiple kids. The single bunks were very shaky, but the doubles were more stable. Bathrooms were updated and clean.
