Candee Mountain Retreat is located on a remote 60+ acre property with views, hiking and serenity. We are 7 miles out of town in an ideal setting for a romantic vacation of hiking, hot tub relaxing, campfires and solitude. A truly special combination of comfort and modern outfitting in a relaxing setting after a day out in nature. We think you will enjoy the views and the stars at night in a location without light pollution where the Milky Way can be seen in all its glory.

Great cabin!

This cabin is perfect. We loved everything about it! It looks charming on the outside and everything inside was amazing, too! The hot tub is so nice! We enjoyed this place so much and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay in the mountains

Beautiful cabin nestled in the mountains. We especially loved the beautiful view and spending time in the hot tub. Kevin was great, very quick and responsive. We will be staying again soon!

Weekend stay

Kevin is a wonderful host! He is so responsive and helpful with places to go in the area and recommendations. The property was adorable and very clean with all necessary amenities, would definitely love to come back and see it in a different season!

Great stay in beautiful home!

We LOVED or visit! Everything was just as described and communication with the host was amazing! Not only is the home beautiful but the views are outstanding! You can tell that Kevin and his family have really put a lot of love into the home. They made suggestions for activities and also places to eat and shop. We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing weekend getaway!

My wife and I stayed at the property for a weekend getaway to the mountains and were not disappointed. The hot tub was just outside the door and overlooked views of the nearby mountains. We also took advantage of the fire pit for a relaxing night in with all of the necessary wood and starter stuff provided. We took a short hike along the property and overall just really enjoyed our time. The rental itself was comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities included. There wasn’t a stove, so we just made sure to bring items that could be cooked in the combo oven/air fryer or the microwave. There was a smart tv where we could watch a movie at night. The host was welcoming and extremely communicative. All in all, it was an excellent stay, and we look forward to returning in a different season to see what all has changed.
