The Space:

Marsh Mellow is a lovely one-story home located at the southern end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Features include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and cable TV.



The primary bedroom at the back of the home features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with endless views. The ensuite offers a double vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and a built-in vanity cabinet for added convenience.



At the front of the home, two bedrooms—a queen and a twin—share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo for convenience. The third front bedroom, a queen, features its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and offers the opportunity to mellow out with stunning porch views of the marsh.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
