Located in John Fripp Villas, Phase 3, The Lone Palm is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, sleeping 8, is located beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. A new boardwalk out to the beach is just steps away. The Lone Palm is an end unit with lots of windows and new furnishings with the comfort of the guests in mind. Features include a newly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors without getting too much sun. This first-floor unit has a large living room with new furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove, and a laundry area with a new washer and new dryer. As in the song, The Lone Palm is where the owners find peace and calm and they hope you too can find a little respite from the rest of the world.
