1. King Bedroom with a spacious Desk stocked with pens and paper, a Smart TV with Cable, Hulu, Netflix and Disney+, and air mattress and portable AC
2. A Loft Bedroom with a plush Queen Bed, reading nook, and Mini-split AC

- High End Luxury velvet sofa and 2 comfy bean bag chairs
- 55 inch Smart TV with cable, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, Netflix
- Modern Abstract mural artwork creating an inspiring atmosphere
- Family friendly board games

**Beach Toys, Beach Towels, Beach Cooler**
**GUEST ACCESS**
Guests will have access to a shared driveway and the entire back half of the property which includes a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home and extra large backyard. Other guests occupy the front house and front yard

**PET POLICY**
- We allow 2 pets maximum per reservation and each pet is $99 per stay.
- All pets must be kept off of furniture. If they will be on furniture, you must bring your own blankets or towels for pets to lay on
- We love fur babies, but any excess pet hair found on furniture, guests will be responsible to pay an additional cleaning fee.
