We were in town to visit family and visit a few local events. The location is in a nice residential area that is quiet at night and traffic is limited. The property is clean and well maintained. While it may not be a luxury rental, it had everything we needed and showers were hot and had great pressure and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again!

We arrived earlier than expected, but prior to that I asked Nathan what we could do since never being in the area. He gave us a list of things we could do until check in. Once we got there, entry was easy and the house was as described. We loved our stay and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Nathan for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Our trip was perfect!

A great location, the owners were very responsive when we had a very small need. The home is very roomy n was clean. Only negative was it was pretty outdated on the inside. We'd definitely stay there again though and recommend. Thank you.

Beach trip

Overall the property was exactly what we needed for traveling with a 5 year old and a baby. The only issues we experienced was the information on the paperwork was incorrect for the wifi login, and the TV in the back bedroom didn’t work (couldn’t get past the Roku screen to sync with Netflix or other subscription channels). Overall, the property met our needs and was located in a quiet neighborhood. I will mention that there is a large barking dog that sounded like it was in the house and kept waking the baby, and the fact that the back bedroom TV didn’t work, which would have been helpful for the 5 year old.

Nice location

Lovely, safe neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around and location was great to a lot of LA sights, including Sofi. Most food and such about a mile out which we liked walking to, but might be far for some. House very clean, but had some quirks. There is not bathroom door on the primary bedroom, only a curtain. The shower/tub in the master is also about 2 feet lower than the rest of the bathroom which is weird and could be challenging for some. Also the heat for one of the queen bedrooms is controlled in the other bedroom so guests couldn't have different temperatures. Handful of the light switches and outlets didn't work either.

Wonderful place

We loved this place and it was great for our events that were near by and it is really close to everything. Our host Nathan was great and close by if we needed anything. The beaches nearby are gorgeous and the neighborhood quiet and pristine. Thanks for hosting us. We were lucky to have found this gem!!!

Multi-Generational Vacation

The arrangement of the home allowed for our son, daughter-in-law, & grandsons to have one area of the home as theirs, which allowed our 3-year old grandsons the opportunity to go to sleep away from the living room. The location was fabulous & parking a welcomed benefit.

Lovely, Cozy Space

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely spot. We were traveling with our teens and everyone was able to spread out and be comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and the space unique and inviting. It is cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The location was great as we spent time at the beach, exploring tide pools, checking out Hollywood and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. If there was one thing to complain about it would be that the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing as it is rather worn down and uncomfortable. But beyond that we would highly recommend this space.

Need an upgrade

The area is nice, the house need upgrades. The bathroom, need a new couch, I’m sorry I will not recommend this house.

Sadly disappointing

PROS: Cleanliness. Easy check in. CONS: (1) Parking: If you have more than one car book another home. There is one off street parking space. Street parking is basically non existent. (2) House: Master has a bathroom with NO door and a laundry area. No TV in this bedroom. (3) TVs: Front room ok but Netflix only. 3rd bedroom TV was so old it rarely was able to load Netflix. (4) Bathrooms: Extremely dated. As I already said the master has no door and the shower is so high it’s almost impossible to use. The second bathroom is the opposite. Lower shower/tub set-up very hard to use too as neither have safety bars. Bathrooms are flat out dangerous. (5) Kitchen : Equipped with the basics. Dining area tightly seats six. (6)Heaters: Wall heaters which were insufficient in warming the areas they are located in. Bathrooms have no way to heat them and were freezing at times. House isn’t insulated. (7)The floors are old wall-to-wall rugs, tile or laminate. There are areas where it changes from one type of flooring to the other and there are different height levels that cause you to trip continually. This home was described as “beautiful” which it is not! When many photos, on VRBO, are not helpful pictures of the home but of a bottle of wine, a vase and a keyboard that wasn’t even there - beware! The longer we stayed the more dissatisfied we became. We are not VRBO newbies as we rent here every year for 4-6 weeks. This was the biggest disappointment so far.

Great location, great place, will be back!

It was located perfectly for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home met our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The amentities the home provided were great. We appreciated having the spring water in the dispenser to refill bottles for the day. Nathan was very accomodating for us considering our limited flight options for checking in. There was construction going on and the crews were so friendly as well. We will definetely be back as long as Nathan will have us...Thank you for opening your space for us.

Older bungalow w limited A/C

This bungalow is on the older side, and looks like it has been renovated into 2 homes. The owners live in the back section. The carpet is very old and the A/C is limited to one in the master and one in the bedroom on the other side of the kitchen. Difficult to get it cooled down and owners require you to shut off the A/C and fans when you leave. A couple loud dogs but otherwise pretty quiet. One bathroom shower has a step down into the tub which is a bit sketchy. Beds were comfortable and the linens nice. Easy check in and check out, never heard from the owner other than via VRBO app. One parking spot on property, otherwise parking on street which is very limited.

Close to Beach

Perfect little home to stay at, close to beaches which is where we spent most of our time. Not to far from SoFi stadium, All the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes were available, had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Redondo Beach rental

Host had good communication. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beach communities. No whole-house A/C but the coolers and fans cool the bedrooms down nicely. Bed in master was large and comfy. No local TV channels if you’re looking for local news or sports, just Roku. Laundry on site. It was a fine place for our needs for a three-day stay.

Great rental - Comfortable and Clean

My husband and I along with another couple rented this house. We attended a wedding in Manhattan Beach and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and functional. It was perfect for 2 couples with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms and second bath on the other side of the house. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. I would rent again. Thank you!
