Tucked just between Holiday Valley and the village, Zen Retreat offers a more restorative side of Ellicottville—where waterfall sounds, mountain air, hot tub and fire pit evenings, and laid-back nights in the lounge and game room become part of the rhythm between days spent skiing, golfing, dining, shopping, and exploring the trails and festivals of Ellicottville, all without needing to drive. Where You’ll Be Zen Retreat is tucked at the end of a quiet dead-end street just off the main road between Holiday Valley and the village, giving guests easy access to everything Ellicottville has to offer while still feeling a little more tucked away and peaceful. The Space Zen Retreat is the warm and spacious main-level unit of our Après property, designed to give families, couples, and groups a comfortable place to gather, recharge, and enjoy everything Ellicottville has to offer. The main level includes: 4 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Open dining and living area Smart TVs and fast WiFi Private keyless entry The fabulous primary king suite with en suite bathroom gives parents or couples a relaxing retreat of their own, with peaceful backyard views and the sound of the waterfall just outside the window—while the rest of the home stays comfortable and connected for families, friends, kids, and pets. Rich wood tones, cozy furnishings, mountain-inspired touches, and a wood stove create a warm, laid-back atmosphere that feels especially inviting after a day outside. Outdoors and Game Lounge One of the best parts of the property is the outdoor setting. Waterfall and koi pond views, mountain air, covered outdoor seating, hot tub nights, and fire pit evenings create a more peaceful atmosphere that feels tucked away while still being close to everything. Zen Retreat also includes shared access to: Hot tub Fire pit area Backyard and koi pond Covered outdoor lounge and dining spaces Shared lounge/game room with bar area, TV, darts, oversized Connect 4, and tabletop games Shared laundry room Ski and bike racks Family Friendly Perks Traveling with little ones? We try to make family trips easier by providing a few helpful extras so you can pack a little lighter. Available amenities include: Pack ’n play Booster seat with safety straps Children’s dinnerware Baby gate Games and outdoor space for families to enjoy The backyard, shared game room, and relaxed layout make it easy for both kids and adults to unwind after a day exploring Ellicottville. Location Guests love Zen Retreat for the balance between convenience and atmosphere. Walk to Holiday Valley, the village, restaurants, shops, nightlife, trails, golf, and festivals—then come back to a quieter setting tucked just off the main stretch between the resort and town. No constant driving. No parking headaches. Just easy access to everything Ellicottville has to offer. Shared spaces available to guests staying at the property include: Hot tub Fire pit area Backyard and koi pond Covered outdoor lounge and dining spaces Shared lounge/game room Shared laundry room Driveway parking is included. The extra-wide driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles total, with space for approximately 3 vehicles per unit when both listings are occupied. Please park thoughtfully and leave room for guests staying in the lower-level apartment. Interaction With Guests We like to give guests space to enjoy their trip, but we’re local and promptly available if needed throughout your stay. Good to Know / Other Things to Note Zen Retreat is the private main-level unit of a home that also contains a separate lower-level rental apartment. The hot tub, backyard, fire pit, lounge/game room, and laundry room are shared spaces for guests staying at the property. A railway runs directly behind the property and trains can occasionally be heard passing through town, primarily on weekdays. The backyard includes a decorative koi pond and waterfall feature that is not fenced, so children and pets should be supervised outdoors. Parking is limited to the driveway only (see house rules for details). Ellicottville Town Rental License: T25-089 Traveling with a larger group or looking for additional bedrooms and private space? Great Home and Location

This place was amazing for me and my buddies on our annual ski trip at holiday valley. It was easily the nicest place we've gotten while coming the last 3 years. Also being a 2 min drive from the rental place I go to and 5 min to the main lodge, the location was perfect too. Decent sized hot-tub and the property owner was very attentive.

a great getaway

we spent 3 days here , the place was very quiet and very clean , we had everything we needed , we loved the pond and watching the coy fish , also loved the firepit , we spent the whole time outside , we were very close to town wich was nice to go shop and have lunch , the host and cleaning crew were awesome , very friendly , i recommend this place for sure

Long ski day ended in hot whirlpool tub.

Four of us stayed two nights for a ski getaway. it was perfect! Located between Holiday Valley ski resort and downtown Ellicottville. There's a great game room too. We will be back!

Zen ski pad

Everything from the communication with the host to the fine details of amenities and essentials were all thought out well. The game room garage was great for the rainy days we had. The covered patio next the koi pond was our main hang with some wine / a good book!!Great energy even my 4 & 7 year old were very relaxed and chill at this property.Thank you for an enjoyable stay with great location.
