We had the best late summer family getaway at this property! The host was super friendly, communicative and responsive, and the home was impeccably clean with all the amenities you could want. Everything is updated and modern, and the kids were obsessed with the finished lower level. Comfy furniture and beds!! Convenient spot close to town with great restaurants and cute shops, and we took advantage of the beautiful weather with Holiday Valley pool passes, did some mountain biking and checked out the Sky High adventure park. We will be looking at dates to come back to this property to ski over the winter, but if you’re looking for a great spot in any season, look no further!

Over all good place to stay

Cozy beds and clean. Nice place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly, host replied and said he reached to the repair man but we were there for days after that with it not being fixed as the repair man never showed up. We did end up having to throw a bunch of food away because it got too warm. We really enjoyed our time just really bummed about the fridge.

Ski Trip

We had a great stay and the property far exceeded our expectations. Well appointed with everything we needed, very close to the ski slopes, and a lot of room. Tim was an amazing host and we'd definitely stay again if traveling to the area. This was a gem and we'd highly recommend.

New Years Ski Vacation

Family holiday stay fit well with the property. Great view of the New Years Eve Fireworks display. The condo had all the amenities needed. Would have been a little better if there was more snow, but we were able to get out and enjoy regardless.

Great Place!

This property was as described. Everything was really nice, comfortable beds, very clean, lots of space to store gear and the shuttle is a phone call away. The owner was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful

The modern/barn feel of this townhouse was wonderful for my Bridesmaids to get ready in for the morning of my wedding. it was very spacious on every floor. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and wonderful with information we needed.

Perfection!

We booked this for a family ski weekend, instead of spending money on each other for Christmas and boy was that the best idea we’ve ever had, and this place was what made the weekend so special! Tim was incredibly responsive, the property was exactly as pictured (very beautiful!) and you can’t beat the location - we had 6 adults and kids aged 5, 3, 2.5 and 6 months and we were able to find spaces for us all to sleep comfortably and to spread out. We hope to book this place again next year and make it a tradition - I would recommend this place, and Tim, over & over again - thank you!

Phenomenal Property

The pictures make this place look great, but they do not compare to the in person view. Fantastic views of the ski resort, plenty of space for everyone. Definitely a great place to relax after skiing, and Tim is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

Skier's Paradise!

We loved our time at this wonderful townhome! The property was immaculately clean - truly, the cleanest property we've ever stayed at! There was plenty of room for us to all spread out, an incredible basement area for relaxing by the fire after a long day of skiing and a well-stocked kitchen. Seeing the ski hills over at Holiday Valley was a great backdrop and you can't beat the location to the hill! Fantastic property and we'll be back!

Perfect retreat for St. Bonaventure Family weekend

We found this property to be perfect for our needs as it is well appointed, stylish, and yet we felt like we were at a retreat nestled in a beautiful ski resort and next door to an awesome town Ellicottville NY. we really like Dina's. We were thirty minutes from our daughter at SBU and the family festivities and a quiet retreat when we were done at the end of the day. Tim is a great communicator, and he was proactive checking in making sure we had everything we needed, and we will try to stay here again. GO Bonnies!

Great Rental

We loved our stay with our family and friends that are like family. The location was great. The owner was responsive. The place was clean and had lots great features. The kids loved the dart board and games. We would definitely stay here again!

Favorite Place in 7 years skiing!

We have been renting VBRO locations in Ellicottville for 7 years now for our annual ski trip. This was by far, the nicest, best location we have rented and I will book it again early to ensure we grab our next year dates! We had 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 under 10. We loved the set up. Tim was awesome about us checking in just a bit early so we could get to the slopes. We had everything we needed. The beds were all good. My older kids took the triple bunks and bumped their heads so I would recommend putting smaller kids there and letting the older ones take over the downstairs which was a fabulous space for our teenagers. The bathrooms had hot water, was perfect for what we needed. My only recommendation and it is small is adding some additional silverware. The condo holds a lot of people but we ran out of forks for dinner with 9 eating all at the same time. No biggie. We used the kid ones but adding some more would be helpful for larger groups. We called for the shuttle successfully to get to/from the slopes. We couldn’t reach them Saturday after our lunch and walked back. It was easy but our gear was still at the lodge so we walked in our ski boots. No issues. Very quick. We were surprised that we heard no one else in the condos next to us. That was nice once we crashed after a long day of skiing. The decor was updated, homey and fresh. The remodel is fantastic, space fantastic, location fantastic! We will be back!

As good as advertised

My family stayed here for 17 days in Jan-Feb 2021, working and schooling remotely during the day and skiing at night. The townhouse, the location, and the owner, Tim, were all top-notch. The unit is as nice as it looks in the pictures (the barnwood is a great touch), but even better, as there is now a fully finished basement area that doubles as a rec-room and extra bedroom for up to 4, with a brand new sleeper sofa, a Murphy Bed with new mattress, huge tv, dartboard, laundry room, ski-locker area, and full bath with heated floor and walk-in shower. The townhouse (now essentially a four-bedroom) is remarkably well-stocked with dishes, linens, blankets, games, cookware, utensils etc. -- other than buying food, there was almost nothing we needed that wasn't there. Tim is super-responsive and nice -- he literally wrote back within a minute of pretty much every message I sent, and did everything he could to provide helpful information and respond to my questions. The location is worth noting: yes, it is right across the street from HV (you look out the window onto the slopes), but it's not really walkable for skiing (as we'd hoped) because of the terrain and elevation: you'd need to trek down a steep, snowy hill carrying ski gear, or walk along a busy road. But HV runs a free shuttle that will come on call, so it's not a big deal -- and you could walk over during a summer stay. Finally, the wireless was flawless -- three of our four were zooming away all day without any problem. All in all, just a great experience, and we would for sure stay there again.

Wonderful trip

We absolutely loved our stay! The townhouse has everything you need and so convenient to the slopes. We loved the basement and the extra space! We were able to enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, as well as the convenience of everything right out our door! Tim was wonderful to communicate with and got back to us quickly! My kids loved playing darts and the games that were provided. We will be back- we loved it!

-Hike, drive or ride the chairlift to Spruce Lake on top of the mountain on summer weekends and enjoy the beautiful views. Weekend chairlift rides to Spruce Lake are available from June 5 through October 11th. The gate at the top of Holiday Valley Road is locked at 5:30 daily.
-Sky High Aerial Park, Sky Flyer Mountain Coaster and Climbing Forest are now open daily! We've taken several measures to sanitize, decrease touch points, and allow for proper social distancing at Sky High. Spruce Lake Chairlift rides are open on Saturdays and Sundays.
-The Mountain Coaster is similar to a roller coaster but it's built on a mountain. One or two riders sit in a “car” attached to rails that pulls you up the hill, then it follows a zig zagging spiraling path down the mountain. Riders are able to control their speed with brakes on the car. The driver must be at least 8 years old and 54” tall, and be able to demonstrate they understand the staff’s instructions to be a driver. Children must be at least 3 years old and over 38” (without shoes) to accompany a driver who is at least 16 year old. Riders must be able to perform certain physical tasks to participate.
-Our 3-pool complex features a toddler pool, a lap pool and an activity pool with a slide and diving board and several multi-tiered sun decks. Pools are now open through Labor Day, Sept 7 weather permitting. We have implemented several procedures to reduce risks for our employees and guests.
New York State requires bathers to stay at least six feet apart, unless they are members of the same group. We are limiting occupancy of the pools and reservations are suggested. The pools are open 11AM to 7 PM daily. There are 2 swim sessions: 11AM to 2:30PM and 3PM to 7PM. We will close from 2:30 to 3:00 to clean and disinfect.
