The main Federal House is a historic, 5-bedroom, two-story home built in 1814. It was remodeled in 2003, adding modern amenities such as central air conditioning and a large in ground swimming pool. This entertainment-oriented home sits on over 5 acres of land and features a updated country kitchen, dining room with table for 12, living room, game room, pool and patio. There are 5 bedrooms in the Main Federal House including a 1st floor primary suite with full bathroom. The Federal house property also has an apartment duplex in a separate building, built in 2004. Each apartment is 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartments have a large deck off the back with outdoor seating and a gas grill and balconies off the bedrooms.

The Federal House & Apartments share the use of the pool, the fire pit and the large flat lawn, great for yard games with your group. Group lodging doesn't get much better than this! With the owner's prior approval, one well supervised team party is allowed when renting The house and the apartments together.
