THE SPACE
450 sq. ft. (42 sq. meters) 1-year old apartment renovated in 2023, consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room with full kitchen and a balcony with comfortable chairs and table, overlooking the historic cobblestone tree-lined street.
Located on the 7th floor, there are only 2 units per floor and the apartment is accessible by elevator or stairs. This unit is all electric and has an open view from the bedroom and street view from the living room. Both rooms have dual curtains (semi sheer and full blackout) for privacy. Entrance to the building from the street is through double doors.
