Cancellation Policy:

We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required

For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..

Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.

Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

This Norris Lake vacation rental is built for gathering — and for slipping away when you want to. The home spreads across three lakefront decks with multiple seating areas and spectacular year-round views of the water. Inside, comfortable dining seats 12, with another 12 outdoors, so the whole group can eat together.

The villa is finished to a high standard throughout: Smart TVs, fast and reliable internet, a coffee bar (bring your own K-cups), gorgeous new dishes and plenty of barware, a gas stove, and three ice makers. Downstairs you'll find your own indoor Tiki Bar — a favorite gathering spot after a day out on Norris Lake.

Bringing a boat or need to rent a boat? Just ask your host to provide local boat rental contact info. Also, boat slip does not come with this rental. Both marinas will rent them to you. Again, just ask your host!

Just minutes from The Greens Golf Club, tennis courts, and Chapman Hill Winery, this lakefront villa suits family reunions, golf trips, and quiet lake getaways alike.

A few things to know before you book: we provide sheets and blankets, but please bring your own towels. All five bedrooms are upstairs and reached by stairs — there are no bedrooms on the main level, though there is a convenient half bath on the main floor.

THE SPACE
At 3,200 square feet, the villa sleeps 10 across five bedrooms, each with a king bed. Three bedrooms are ensuite — no waiting in line, no shared bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area looks straight out to the lake, and the kitchen is stocked for people who want to cook a proper meal.

THE WATER
You're on the lake — not near it. Norris Lake is one of East Tennessee's cleanest and least crowded lakes. Kayaks, paddleboards, and a swim platform are steps from your back door. Want to bring a boat? Boat slips are available for rent at nearby Deerfield Cove Marina — Rent Our Casas does not own boat slips, so you'll need to arrange that separately.
