Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement met een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Trek voor de reis naar midden Manhattan in totaal een klein uur uit, prima te doen.

Brighton Beach apartment

The property was very accessible to Brighton Beach, the boardwalk, shops and the subway. We enjoyed the multi-cultural experience. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for us (family of 4). Dimitry was readily available to us. He drove us back and forth from the airport, which was very easy for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Brighton Beach

The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The property was clean and as advertised. Dmitry even met ya to be sure we had no issues parking or shy questions upon check in. Great experience.

New-York magnifique ville, pouvoir la visiter avec des enfants tout en profitant de la plage.

Bel appartement spacieux et climatisé (environs 60m2) deux chambres séparées avec de grands lits (3 au total plus des canapés lit dans le salon) et un grand salon. Pour une famille de 5 personnes très bon rapport qualité prix pour New-York, proche du métro, très bien desservi et proche de la plage et des commerces. Tout le nécessaire dans l’appartement pour petit déjeuner, repas et même les jeux et les serviettes de plage. 2 toilettes et salle de bain propres et fonctionnels. Dimitry est un hôte très réactif et disponible qui nous a permis de faciliter notre séjour (hôte très bienveillant). Réellement magnifique séjour, nous profitions de la plage le matin puis en métro nous nous rendions à Manatthan pour les visites (le temps de transport climatisé permettait un moment de calme pour les enfants). 15 jours magnifiques à refaire!! Merci Abritel et Merci Dimitry.

Ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung, netter Vermieter

Dimitry ist ein wirklich netter Vermieter, der schnell auf Anfragen antwortet und als etwas repariert werden musste, auch schnell eingegriffen hat. Die Nachbarschaft empfanden wir als recht ruhig und sicher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 1-3 Blocks entfernt (je nach Gusto), die Metro 3 Blocks. Mit der fährt man nach Manhatten ca. 30 min-50 min, je nach Linie (Q oder R) und genauen Zielort. Die Matratze in dem einen Bett war nicht mehr in einem Topzustand, dafür aber waren die beiden im zweiten Schlafzimmer aus meiner Sicht sensationell gut und sahen neu aus. Das Meer und der Strand sind nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt und auch empfehlenswert. Das einzige Manko, für das die Wohnung nichts kann, ist die Entfernung nach Manhatten. Deswegen und wegen der einen Matratze gibt es 4,5 Sterne, die aber wegen des hilfsbereiten Vermieters auf 5 Sterne aufgerundet werden.

Get what you pay for

The property itself was perfectly acceptable and livable for our family of five. Dimitry was responsive. It's probably not the best place to home base of your plan is to spend all the days in Manhattan. While it's only 30min on the train to the South end, it's a solid 80 minutes to get to Central Park on the weekend. But for a two bedroom apartment at this price, you can't really find anything closer. On the other hand, if spending time at the beach is the goal, then this place is perfectly convenient. There are no close big grocery stores, just local markets. The only other issue was the WiFi was really bad during our stay.

Prima woning!

Nette woning met alles wat je nodig hebt. De reistijd naar Manhattan is best nog lang, wij deden er 40 minuten minimaal over. Maar je zit op loopafstand van Coney Island en dat is de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Supermarkten 24 uur open en vlak om de hoek.

Really nice apartment, very good value

Older Brooklyn neighborhood, but safe considering; lots of good food delivery in the area and the Subway is just a few blocks away. Coney Island, Brighton Beach and the NY Aquarium all within a 10 minute walk. The 1+ bath is a big plus for a family (especially w/ bathroom hogging teenagers). Only downside was parking was very difficult and I was afraid to drive anywhere for fear I would never find another spot. Dimitry was great saving us a spot on our way in though and we did manage. Overall, a nice property in a pretty good area and a great NYC value.

Had a great time!

The condo was great. It definitely had everything we needed. We had a family of 6, 4 teenagers between the ages of 15-19. There was a good amount of space. The train ride was about 30-45 mins into the city as stated. The neighborhood was safe. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great vacation rental with everything we needed and more.

This rental had everything we needed. All of the details were covered; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels. It is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. It is an easy walk to the subway and to the beach. There is a market in very close proximity and many choices for late night eating. We walked home late each night and felt safe, Rental is very quiet and beds are comfortable which is nice after a busy day in the city. We enjoyed our time in this rental, it had everything we needed and more.

Nice and clean apartment close to the Brighton Beach

Spacious and clean apartment, we (5 people) spent 7 days and it was very comfortable, Dimitry is very friendly and helpfull, available on phone for questions and assistance, offers pick up/drop off service which we were glad to use. A pretty good wifi;) Thank you Dimitry!

Clean and Spacious

Dimitry the property owner was really helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious for our party of 6. Everything is walking distance. But if you have a car, its so hard to find parking spot most of the time. But overall, we happy with our stay.

Clean condo in great location.

The apartment is super clean and in a great location, as it is walking distance to all the coney island attractions, as well as close to the subway. The neighborhood has lots of local shops and restaurants and I felt safe walking around the area. Dimitry is a great host, easy to communicate with and offered flexibility with the check-in and check-out process. I would easily recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the Brooklyn area.

Great stay. Great rental. Great owner. Great neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom was spacious with enough space for six people. Two adults, three teens and one 8 years old. We visited the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island, Brooklyn Bridge, Coney, 911 Memorial, The Empire State Building, The Natural History Museum, and Times Square. Brooklyn tabanacle church. Brooklyn Botanica graden. A lot of shopping sites in between. Safe and friendly neighborhood.

Dimitry was an amazing host!

I highly recommend a stay here. Dimitry was very easy to get in touch with before and after we arrived and he walked us around the neighborhood and showed us the 24 hour market, laundry place and where the short walk to the subway was. The walk to the subway and amount of time it took to get to the city was exactly as described, very easy. We also had just a short walk to a good pizza restaurant and Starbucks. We were even close enough to take my daughter to the boarwalk to run each morning. I traveled with a friend and 3 teenage girls and was unsure about walking back to the apartment from the subway late at night but Dimitry assured us it was safe and he was correct. Everyone we met in the area was very nice and helpful with directions and subway info. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed to make a few meals. I was very surprise how quite it was. I never heard any of the other residents in the apartment building. One other big plus for us was with 5 girls taking showers I was amazed that we never ran out of hot water. I will absolutely stay again. Thank you Dimitry!

Great Vacations!!

The house was exactly as described, very clean and well-maintained. The owner has thought of all details needed at a vacation home and had kept basic essentials at home. Owner was very helpful and available on phone to contact for any help/ guidance. We enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend this property to friends.
