The master bath features a separate shower and a luxurious soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of island exploration. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed and trundle, offering versatile sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages. The guest bathroom has its own en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to a hall bath (with a tub shower combo), providing convenience and privacy for guests. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Each bedroom boasts its own private deck, providing a peaceful outdoor sanctuary for enjoying the island breeze. There is also another main deck off the living room with seating, a great place to hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary houseware and appliances, as well as an icemaker in the fridge and Keurig / drip coffee makers. There is a 2nd fridge in the garage along with a propane grill. This home has 4 tv's, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. This property is currently streaming only with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
