Amazing Property!

Villa Grace has the best and most beautiful location on the island! The staff attends to your every need and our family of 10 adults were comfortable and happy with plenty of room. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Ronen and Fulvio for answering all of our questions and providing us with a resort like place to call our own for a week.

Absolutely fantastic!

We wanted a spot on the beach large enough to hold our large family and Villa Grace was a perfect fit. The cooks were fantastic and so was Jerry the groundskeeper. Ariel the manager of the house made sure we were taken care of and provided great contacts for a taxi with a van large enough to hold all 12 of us. As I said in the title, it was absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely perfect

Villa Grace is an absolutely beautiful property on a lovely beach. Whoever the architect was, they designed it with so many thoughtful details. We came as a family with adult children. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Everyone could gather comfortably in so many spaces indoors and out, yet have plenty of space to separate when needed. It is very well maintained and all the staff social with the Villa are very lovely people. It was a perfect vacation. We hired Sandra’s Litchen for our meals and the food was delicious and it made our vacation very special. Eddie and Nancy prepared our food everyday and they were exceptionally nice and talented chefs.

Family Vacation

This property is beautiful and exactly as listed. The house is on the north side of the island, away from all of the tourists and resorts. There were 11 of us in this house and had plenty of room. I recommend booking the chef services. Eddie and Nancy prepared the best food and were so pleasant to have in the house. There is a taxi stand within a 5 minute walk and if you don't rent a car you will need transportation to reach the ferry terminal, grocery stores and any attractions.

This house has it all!!!

This property is absolutely amazing. It is spacious and luxurious. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable spacious king sized bed and the living room and kitchen are equally as spacious and comfortable. You step out the sliding glass doors to a wonderful patio and pool and then just steps from the white sands and water. We hired the private chef (Jorge) too and that was one of the best decisions we ever made. The caretaker on site was so helpful and made sure everything was in place and helped us with cabs and other local advice. There were 7 of us staying in the house from 14 yrs to 78 yrs and each of us raved about this house.

Girlfriends birthday trip

The house was just as it was online. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions. The cleaners, groundskeeper and chefs, were all a delight to have around the house, we were spoiled and well taken care of. Each of us have agreed we would bring family back here as well as another girls trip. We especially love the location, a little more on the quieter end of town with full and easy access to town and shopping and restaurants.

Cozy Cozumel

The property, staff and amenities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Grace. The water was a bit murky when we first arrived due to a storm that had just passed, but you could walk to a protected cove just down the beach that had crystal clear water. The ocean cleared out after a couple of days, and when it wasn’t what we wanted the pool made up for it. We hired the chef, which we highly recommend, Anni was the best! Gerry took great care of the grounds and the housekeeper, Ceyla, was excellent. We took advantage of Sandra Medina, the concierge, for booking taxis, renting a guitar and recommending things to do. Finally, we also rented the Fjord and had an amazing ocean tour with snorkeling and a sunset dinner at a sandbar. Truly amazing! Highly recommended!

PARADISE

There are no other words to describe the incredible stay we had at Villa Grace other than PARADISE. Every single amenity you could need was available. The house was immaculate and the the landscaping was beautiful. The house was well appointed and decorated beautifully. Jerry was extemely helpful, always had a smile on his face and always available. Sala kept the house in tip top shape. There was no downside to this vacation rental whatsoever. I do recommend that you use Sandra's Kitchen. Lucy and Mariel had meals ready and waiting at the requested hours and every single person in our group of 10 said that the food they prepared equaled or was better than the fine dining restaurants on the island. You cannot go wrong renting any of the luxury cozumel villas!

Perfect Stay

We had a great family get away at Villa Grace. We had 8 adults in our party and the Villa was everything it was promised to be. the covered outdoor space was perfect, very roomy and comfortable. The beach in our backyard was beautiful and some of the best sand we have ever seen. We could take long walks on the beach. We toured the island one day and the east side of the island is beautiful, huge waves. We had visited Cozumel previously but had never stayed there but we will be back! Everyone was so friendly and nice. The island is much easier to fly into than Cancun - smaller and the Villa was 10 minutes away. The location felt very safe. This was the first year we tried the Meal Plan and that is a keeper! Annie, her mother and grandfather were prompt and the food was delicious. They even washed all the dishes. This plan took a load off our minds, a true vacation! I highly recommend this Villa!

Villa Grace was Wonderful Experience

We stayed at Villa Grace and it was an absolute wonderful experience. The home is spacious, and having onsite caretaker and daily housekeeper just made the stay so much more enjoyable. Even the local property management (father/son team) were a delight, even helping us out when we needed a few bottles of wine. Highly recommend the property.

Family stay in Cozumel

I would highly recommend Villa Grace! Our group includes two families with 6 children and the house was beyond our expectations. The access to the ocean, pool and lounge chairs, covered patio and updated interiors were unbeatable. The highlight of the trip was the cooking from Anni and Ricky as we experienced authentic Mexican cuisine each day prepared by wonderful people. Gerry was very helpful with any questions about the house and was always there if we needed anything. Some of the best snorkeling on the island was a short walk down the beach. I would recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear and walking down the beach instead of renting a boat or driving across the island.

Cozumel Getaway

Our group of 10 had a great time at Villa Grace. Communication with Ronen and Fulvio was great throughout the process of setting up our stay. The Villa was just as pictured and it was enough room for all of us to spread out. The master bedroom was spectacular and the views were great. A special thank you to Jerry!! He helped us with anything we needed and was always so pleasant. The ladies in the morning and evening make our meals were great and the food was yummy. The mosquitos were out in full force every night so it was hard to enjoy the evening sunsets. We tried every spray we had but nothing seemed to work though this is from being in a tropical environment and nothing to do with the villa itself. The water on the other side of the pier by the Melia is beautiful and great to snorkel in. We would come back to Villa Grace in a heart beat.

Fantastic house and crew!!

This is a must stay!! We arrived with a large group of 10 and we were blown away by how accommodating the owner and staff were! Before we arrived there was a lot of correspondence back and forth from food, to rides to and from the airport, covid tests for our return flight. The reply's were quick and informative. We did have Sandra's kitchen cook three of the days we were there, I would highly recommend using this service!!! The food was off the charts! Jerry was our house person and did a fabulous job with anything we needed. We loved the outdoor area and the house sits right on the beach. The house provided paddle boards and kayaks for our enjoyment. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so there was no fighting over the bedrooms. During our stay one of our group had a medical emergency that was pretty sever. During this time the owner and the employee's of the house were extremely helpful and kind, even offer to visit our friend in the hospital. Having a medical emergency in another country was extremely scary but it was so helpful feeling like they really cared and wanted to help. We would absolutely would stay here again. Amazing Vacation!

We planned this trip to originally occur in March of 2020 when Covid shut down the world. Ronan was amazing (and generous) to work with us to help reschedule our trip to March of 2022. We throughly enjoyed everything about the house and our stay. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for our group. The house was clean and well equipped. The outdoor spaces and beach view were exactly as advertised. The management team was helpful and maintained excellent communication. We were spoiled with the daily house cleaning, the daily grounds keeping, and with the chef hired through Sandra’s kitchen. We hope to book this house again next year with our friends.

Total relaxation in a wonderful setting

This was our family’s second visit to this property — after the first visit four years ago we knew we wanted to return. We were not disappointed! The spotless property, made possible by daily maid service and a caretaker who cleared the beach of seaweed each day, plus the addition of daily services of a chef for breakfast and dinner, really made this a relaxing vacation where we could focus on quality family time.

Perfect Villa 5++ star staff!

From the moment we walked in we knew this Villa was special! We have rented four different Villas in Cozumel, some multiple times. Villa Grace was the best one by far! The house was perfection but what made it the best of all was Anne our chef. Every single meal and the snack options made this our vacation truly amazing and the best vacation by far! First, she is the sweetest person who takes pride in every meal she prepares. Second, Her husband Ricky was so nice and they make a great team. We have always done the meal plan but Anne set the bar so high we will never want anyone else! The rest of the staff was amazing! Jerry took such good care of the property! We rarely saw him but could tell he spent hours each morning racking the sand and beach and preparing the property/pool to perfection each morning. The house was cleaned each day yet we rarely saw her. We will return to Villa Grace every time we come back to Cozumel!

Very nice location

Just like shown in the pictures, the location of the villa is right on the beach. The beach is very quiet except if there is a lot of wind, and the kite surfers are showing their skills. Very nice villa, sufficient space for a family. Jerry cleaned up the pool, the beach and is a very nice person. He leaves in the back of the villa, next to the carport, so always somebody around. We enjoyed very much the in-villa cooking that we booked through Sandra. Reina took very well care of us with Mexican breakfast and dinner…we ate so much that we must have gained some weight. I strongly recommend to book this service as we were a bit disappointed from the restaurants in Cozumel (we tried 3 restaurants). One tip: don‘t book FlyCozumel for your private flights from Cancun to Cozumel or excursions. They let us down completely and I am still waiting for my refunds…My close to 100 emails and WhatsApps are not being answered: they promise a lot but don‘t deliver. For your private flights, I can recommend Flights Cancun: they jumped in to organize a flight to pick up our children, when FlyCozumel canceled the pick up 4 hours before our kids arrived from Frankfurt in Cancun.

Wonderful property and service! Great location.

This is a beautiful house, right on the beach, and very close to San Miguel. So convenient! Garry and Sela took great care of us the entire time. Or experience could not have been better.

Outstanding Home

From the moment we arrived till the day we left we felt at home. Gerry was there to meet us and was around every day to rake our beach and clean the patios and pool, He's Great!! The Housekeeper was on time everyday and did a super job for us. When we plan another Family Trip I will stay there again. Thanks Fulvio for everything!!

Loved our stay at Villa Grace!

After COVID-19 derailed our original vacation plans in April 2020, Ronen worked with us to reschedule for May 2021. And boy was it worth the wait! Villa Grace is beautiful, sitting just a stones throw from the beautiful crystal blue water. There were 3 adult couples and one infant. We had more than enough room for all of us. The only part of the house that didn’t fit our needs was the living room. The furniture was stylish and modern, but it wasn’t very “comfy” for 6 adults and an infant. We’re a family that likes to sit around after dinner and play board/card games, and I would say that with a different couch and maybe a loveseat or 2, you could have a cozier living area to lounge in. Other than that, we were very pleased with the facilities! Gerry, the groundskeeper, did a wonderful job of keeping the back patio swept, the sand raked, and the pool skimmed every day. Only bummer was that one of the umbrellas broke during our stay, due to some high winds one of the days, but luckily Gerry supplied us with a standing fan to keep cool in the humidity under the covered patio. Ceyla, the housekeeper, was a sweet as can be. She was helpful when I needed to run a load of laundry and when I couldn’t figure out why the water dispenser was blinking lights at me. She was diligent in her cleaning and always happy to help! Now, if you’re on the fence about getting food prepared for you, I highly recommend opting in for the chef service and grocery delivery. It saved SO much time and hassle of grocery shopping, meal prep and clean up... all the things you want to escape while on vacation. We requested 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) for our entire stay. Sandra was so helpful in setting that up, and our chefs, Eddie and Nancy, were THE BEST! They catered to us, going above and beyond on many occasions- they made special “papillas” for my 7 month old; they helped us celebrate my mom’s birthday with a delicious chocolate cake; and they indulged my insatiable craving for fresh shrimp ceviche! I can’t say enough just how wonderful we found Eddie and Nancy to be!! All in all, it was a fantastic family vacation and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in paradise!
