Nice place

Nice place for family or small group of friends. We felt so much at home. Quiet neighborhood. Heavy traffic area on carpet needs some cleaning. I will go back if in Atlanta area.

Family stay

The property is in a nice neighbourhood. House is really nice but needed to be cleaned. It looks as if the bed linen had been changed, but that’s it. There were spider webs throughout the house, it was dusty, and the bathrooms were not tidy. If cleaned sufficiently, this would be a great place to stay.

Family Christmas vacation

Pro's - The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was nice, the communication with the host was exceptional. Con's - The cleaning crew's execution was subpar, the master bedroom's closet was locked so no place to hang clothes, and the downstairs thermostat didn’t work. Conclusion - I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone because the host made things right and was going to address every concern that we discussed

SIMPLY FILTHY

We checked in Friday 5/24 @ 7:30PM, at 8:04PM we were texting with Nia about how the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. All 4 of the bathrooms were dirty with hair in the sinks, showers, and stains in the toilet. Nia did try to contact the cleaning company but due to it being after hours no one was available to come clean the bathrooms. We clearly couldn’t wait until the next day so we had to clean all 4 bathrooms and clean the linens before we went to bed that evening. (Mattress are overly stained) Nia insist that someone come to clean the bathroom the next day and that is what someone did and that is all they did. However, we had already been inconvenienced and disgusted with all of the filthy things we continued to find. I did ask for a partial refund, which Nia said she would consider once she spoke with her partners. The property clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months because it was dust built up everywhere. Words cannot describe how dirty this house was. I wish I could attached the pictures and videos to this review.
