Excellent property! Very tasteful, great location!

This property was ideal. The only problem was that we were on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken. The property itself was AWESOME!

I sincerely apologize that elevator was out of order during your stay and the inconvenience it has caused you and your guest. I am currently in the process of speaking with maintenance to have this issue resolved. This space was nice. The air condtiioning was great. The manager Mr. Hall was attentive and on call. There was security on site which was nice. The near-by restaurants, grocery store and mall were perfect and there was even a 24hr food place with security near by. My only complaint was the water would randomly shut off although it always came back eventually and the lack of access to apps on the TV's.

Air conditioning system results in uncomfortable experience

We enjoyed the location, space and management..5 star. However, the Air conditioning system resulted in an uncomfortably hot experience… Please charge more and install an ac system in the living room…otherwise you have a perfect apartment!

A relaxing and wonderful stay. The view from the apartment is breathtaking.

The owner was just a phone call away and was very gracious. Mr. Hall is quiet and took care of our needs very promptly. The apartment is spacious. My only recommendation, which I think would enhance, is that a bedside table with a lamp could be placed in the other room which would prevent one from getting up to turn off the light from the switch at the door. Also, I noticed that you did not have a list of things in the kitchen (for example). The apartment is set up for four occupants but many of the dishes were missing. With the list, there would be more accountability for what you have in the apartment. All in all, I loved the apartment, and would not hesitate to recommend someone to your facility. Unfortunately, as a senior citizen, the stairs, getting into the building, presented a challenge for me. My family and friends enjoyed their stay, also.

Very impressed

The property is situated near emancipation park and Pegaus hotel, is also near all local amenities.The night life is buzzing with all the clubs near by and restaurants for a true local experience. The property is also well maintained and the deco is very elegant the property is situated in an gated community with security presence there at all times. It also has a breath taking view at night looking has far has the sea coast priceless. The owner was always there at hand to rectify any problem we had in the apartment and there is also a care taker who looks after the property who is near by has well. I would truly stay here again in the future and I have recommended it to friends has well, who is looking for that local experience. I just want to say thank you mr hall for helping our stay to be comfortable and thank you fianie for hosting us.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. We felt safe coming and going. Everything we needed, that was under Fianie's (the owner) control, was in the apartment. Air condition in the bedrooms. The elevator worked fine.We took the stairs while doing laundry for exercise- the apartment is on the third floor. Fianie has been in communication with me from the day I booked her apartment until the day we checked in. She has always respond promptly to my inquiries; that is the main reason I booked her apartment, and the fact that it is nicely furnished. Mr. Hall, her assistant, was wonderful as well. He gave us our space and was a phone call away when we needed him. My family and I, will definitely stay here again- if it's available. Thanks Fianie, and Mr. Hall, for a memorable experience. Excellent

My husband and I vacationed at the Dorchester apartment, and it was the most enjoyable and enriching experience. Beautiful apartment with tasteful decor as depicted within the pictures online. Amazing view of the city and ocean from the living room area. Everything essential is within walking distance; lovely afternoon walk to Emancipation Park, fabulous restaurants, night clubs, supermarket, etc. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness. We were welcomed with different fruits from the island and water in the fridge which helped coming from the airport feeling hot and tired. We received attentive service throughout out stay, and all of our needs and inquiries were met and answered within such a timely manner. The property was maintained at a level beyond our expectation. The only downfall we experienced during our stay was the elevator, which was under construction. We were informed that it should be up and running within two weeks, but it still didn't take away from the experience we had or the apartment itself. This apartment is a great place to stay with family, especially if you do not have a car to get around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our Stay

We rented for 4 nights. The apartment was clean and centrally located as advertised. The owner and care taker were helpful. The apartment is close to a lot of happenings, Emancipation park, the Pegasus hotel, Devon's House, night clubs, restaurants etc. There were 2 short power outages which was beyond the owners control, however the service was restored within a reasonable time frame. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, however there was absolutely no elevator service for the entire stay which made it really difficult for my 75 year old mother who was with us. Literally, there was a total of 78 steps one way to climb each time, OMG!!! other than this issue, our stay would have been better.
