This house offers self-check-in, eliminating the need for any in-person interaction. However, rest assured that I am available to assist you, as I live in town. I am typically accessible unless I am at work or asleep, ensuring that I can promptly attend to your needs.

The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. The 116-acre Sapphire Bay Peninsula serves as the gateway to the City of Rowlett and is surrounded by 2 miles of shoreline in the center of Lake Ray Hubbard.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, the property is equipped with a secure, keyless entry system using an Ultraloq Smart Lock. Guests can conveniently lock and unlock the door using a personal entry code provided for the duration of their stay. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of losing or returning keys!

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY
We welcome responsible dog owners and their well-behaved dogs. To ensure a great experience for all guests, the following rules apply:
• All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
• A maximum of one dog is permitted unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Guests must provide the dog`s breed, size, age, and number of dogs before arrival.
• Cats and other household pets are not permitted.
Undisclosed animals are considered a serious violation of house rules and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.
Service animals assisting a person with a disability are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policies. Guests traveling with a service animal are encouraged to notify us before arrival so we can provide the best possible experience and review any property-specific considerations.
Dogs must be housebroken, well-controlled, and supervised at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at the property unless kenneled and quiet.
For the comfort of future guests:
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for preventing damage to landscaping, furnishings, flooring, and outdoor areas.
Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, odors, stains, pet hair, flea treatment, damages, disturbances, or remediation costs associated with their dog during the stay.
Any dog creating safety concerns, aggressive behavior, sanitation issues, property damage, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.
