Escape to our beautifully situated Port Orchard Home! Centrally located, this carefully curated haven is designed to cater to all members of your family, offering ample space and delightful touches to ensure a memorable stay. For the kids, an exciting outdoor play structure awaits, a bunk bed room, and an assortment of games! Adults will find their own slice of luxury here in the covered hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the wonders of the Pacific Northwest!

This home is in a centrally located neighborhood with other homes fairly close by. Outdoor quiet hours should be respected between 10pm and 8am.

The location is centrally located in the middle of Port Orchard!
- South Kitsap Regional park is just a short walk away featuring 3 ballfields (baseball, softball and multi-use), biking trails, playground, horseshoe pits, picnic area, hiking trails, and a skate park.
- Downtown Port Orchard waterfront and stores are 10 minute drive.
- Southworth to Fauntleroy (West Seattle) Ferry terminal is 12 minutes away.
- Bremerton to Downtown Seattle Ferry terminal is 30 minutes away.

A bit further:
- Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, and Gig Harbor approx. 30 minutes away.
- Seatac Airport is a one hour drive.
- Olympic National Forrest is about a hour and a half drive.
- Hood Canal is about a hour and a half drive.

We stayed here for a month while our home was being renovated. This made a very comfortable substitute for our own home. We had a minor issue with the hot tub but called about it and it was sorted immediately. Overall, a great stay

This is a wonderful home with everything our family needed for a great stay. We loved using the hot tub in the evenings and the AC was very nice to have during the heatwave!

Relaxing Family Retreat

This was the perfect little get away for our family. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes or less away (including the foot ferries to Seattle or Bremerton!), and the backyard had everything we needed to keep the kids happy on the days we stayed in. It was the perfect location for our little family get together!

great short trip

We had a great short trip to the area. we were in seattle for a few days before heading out to this house for a few quiet days at the end of our trip. It was lovely to be able to walk to the state park and just sit and enjoy the backyard and play ping pong in the garage. Next time we'll have to stay longer! Great amenities, good space for families. Large big gathering spaces and a good kitchen for cooking.

Well stocked kitchen and bathroom

Property was well appointed and stocked. I appreciated the little note and Ferrer Roche chocolates waiting for us. Had plenty of room for the 6 of us, one enjoyed the hot tub, and another the ping pong table. I enjoyed the kitchen plenty of pots and utensils. Highly recommend

Excellent!

A small family reunion. 2 grandparents, 2 small grandchildren, 2 parents and a spouse. We had a great time. Open floorpan with an excellent kitchen. Great location, comfortable and great communication. The large hot tub was a treat and we used the play area with our 2 year old extensively. Highly recommend. We will stay again if we return to Port Orchard

Great home away from home

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children. The home had absolutely everything you can think of (some items I don’t even have in my own kitchen!). The owner left a very well laid out instructions and a personal welcome card. Small touches like these is what really makes the stay more memorable. House was beautiful, clean and perfect for family’s! We even walked to the park across the street. Next visit here we will be booking again.

Excellent place!

This is a very nice house. It is fairly big with 3 bedrooms and large living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked; it had everything I needed and lots more. Full sized refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Although I didn't use anything outside it has a fairly large yard with hot tub and play area. I had no problems accessing the house and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.
