Great space, amazing location close to the beach and shops, beautiful walkable streets. Communication with the property manager was very good. We had our problems solved and questions answered promptly. The only problem was the master bathroom shower that had only hot water so we couldn't use it. There's a second bathroom that can be used instead. Great stay overall.

Not like the picture

Extremely hot upstairs. Air conditioner did not cool home. Kitchen supplies lacking no can opener, coffee maker broke, very small shower.We had bugs on both our stays. The code to get in the home was the same as our first stay. This really made me and wife very nervous.No dishwasher or ice maker.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for staying with us twice. We strive to deliver a pleasant experience and it sounds like the stay unfortunately fell short of your expectations. Hopefully the fans that we sent helped during the heatwave that occurred during your stay. Sorry it sounds like you didn’t see the dishwasher, which is directly beside the kitchen sink and that we didn’t hear about the coffee pot to be able to send a replacement. As we discussed, the pest service came after your first stay since you chose not to have them come during your stay, and during the second stay we offered to send them back, but we never heard back. Sorry it sounds like you may not have seen the photo of the shower in the listing to be aware of its size. We wish we had heard about the concern with the door code to be able to change it for you.
